I stayed here and have stayed a lot of places. I feel like I travel for a living. Everything was exactly as described and David was very responsive — not to issues I had because I didn’t have any. I just let my host know when I had arrived and all was well. Thank you.

Great place and great location. Very walkable to the beach. Storm recovery still happening and a lot of the restaurants are still closed. Game room and pool was great. Anything you need for the beach is provided. Angie is around if you need any help.

Me and my family had an excellent stay at this house. The house is clean and well stocked. The beds are comfortable and there are lots of extra blankets. The backyard is an oasis with lots of seating and a great pool. Also, the community is extremely quiet and peaceful. Additionally, the house is equipped with plenty of bicycles for all sizes. We truly enjoyed being able to bike to the beach everyday. Overall, excellent experience!

The Palm View unit was great. Everything was just like the pictures. Communication was fabulous. I prefer to be a little closer to the ocean with a view but it was a short walk. The bikes were a great addition and we enjoyed the outdoor lounging space. Shared laundry was free which was nice.

We had a wonderful time at Ed’s place! The home is beautiful and spotless. The beds and linens are so comfortable and there are so many great amenities. We traveled with kids and a baby and it was so nice to have a pack and play, high chair, kids swim things, etc. We spent most of our time swimming in the pool which we loved because it was so warm! The canal view was beautiful and peaceful. The surrounding area is very nice and we did a lot of walking and bike riding. The beach is very close and we enjoyed going there in the evening to watch the sunset. Ed was a wonderful host and always responded quickly to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!

plenty of extra towels, comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen with all the essentials, beautiful wine glasses, great hammock out back! friendly neighbors, located within 5 miles to anything you could ever want or need! beware extra mosquitos haha. back bathroom shower water will leak of you don't position the curtain just right, helpful to put a towel down just in case. thank you for a memorable weekend!

The amenities were up date and very user friendly. The house was very well stocked with toiletries, all the kitchen utensils and cooking needs were superb and allow us to host our guests very well. Back yard was very clean and well laid out between the pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, and miniature golf course. We were able to entertain at the pool side, around the fire, or in outside lanai very easily. The beach theme was very well designed and vibrant. All our guest had enough room to relax and also private quarters for their personal space. We will definitely return.

We had an amazing time staying in Christopher’s home. Great location and went above and beyond our expectations. The extra amenities provided and attention to detail made our stay that much better. This house checked all the boxes for a family visit to our hometown. It was in the perfect location, had plenty of space for friends and family to gather, and was very kid friendly! The house is well appointed, and feels private even with other houses nearby. The pool and hot tub were clean and plenty of towels are available. Our host was very responsive and helpful, and thorough in answering any questions about the pool or hot tub.
