Cozy cottage at the top of the mountain with a fantastic sea view. Very friendly welcome by Antonello with a breakfast basket and drinks. Even in the off-season and when it is uncomfortable outside, it is very cozy because of the underfloor heating (and you do not have to heat with the air conditioning, as elsewhere!). Highly recommended :)

We had a very nice experience in an isolated house surrounded by nature, tranquility, privacy, exceptional sea and mountain views of Tavolara and a 5-minute drive from downtown San Teodoro. Very nice architect's house combining rustic and charm. We really appreciated the quality of service and attention from Cristian, always available and super responsive, if you need anything he arrives at the house in 5 minutes! Really great! A great stay at the end of the season with deserted and splendid beaches just for us! Thanks again Anne Marie and Cristian!

House with a beautiful view of the sea, having breakfast and dinner with this view was beautiful. Very clean house with a new kitchen. There is also a barbecue available. Thank you both to Paolo and Maria who were very kind!

The rooms, garden and view are absolutely lovely. Guests should not expect to do a lot of cooking. Valeria is amazing.
