The truth is excellent experience, the place is very cozy, everything is clean from the sheets to the instations, impeccable. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, plus it is very well located, metro station a few steps away and Mercado de san telmo also re nearby. Special mention to the hosts, who are very friendly and diligent people in addition, top place!

Perfect for long stays. I stayed at Patricio's apartment for more than two months, and I couldn't have chosen a better place! The apartment is super spacious, full of light and has everything you need to be comfortable for a long time. The area is very safe and quiet, but just a few blocks away you have plenty of restaurants and bars to go out and enjoy. San Telmo is the bohemian neighborhood par excellence, with beautiful streets and an atmosphere that makes you feel at ease from the first moment. Loved it! Patricio and her team were super attentive and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely stay here again again!

Ignacio and Heliana's place was a real gem in one of the most charming and authentic neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. We immediately felt at home. Everything was there for a long week-long stay. The kitchen was very complete for cooking, the shops all within walking distance, the incredibly comfortable and large bed, and the main tourist areas accessible on foot or by metro (the station being a street corner). Ignacio is a very thoughtful host. He came to see us in person to sort out some small glitches. Communication with him via text was very quick. Highly recommended for 2 people who want to live in a historic and lively Argentinian neighborhood, and also to visit the beautiful city of Buenos Aires.
