Monthly Rentals in San Telmo

The apartment is great! The decoration of the apartment is very beautiful, very charming! In the kitchen there are the necessary utensils. Comfortable double bed. Linens in great shape. All well clean. The location is interesting, there is bus stop very close, small markets - Carrefour express on the corner, pharmacy, restaurants. I found the site safe, I did not rent a car and the location was a facilitator for public transport. The terrace is very nice.

Location was perfect for my one-month stay in San Telmo. Everything worked (air con, burners for cooking, microwave, toaster, TV). Paola was a great help checking in and out. Everything was very smooth and professional. It's a great place as a base for exploring Buenos Aires- less expensive than Palermo and more charm.

I had a great stay at Alejandra's apartment. It's clean, well-equipped, and feels like a home away from home. Alejandra's thoughtfulness and attentive care were greatly appreciated—she would check in from time to time to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It's little gestures like these that make all the difference. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.

Amazing location! Ale is extremely responsive. We had a small issue with the wifi dropping occasionally so keep in mind if working from home. Overall had a great stay and definitely recommend!
