Monthly Rentals in San Telmo

The apartment of Martin Alejandro is very nice and quiet to relax, true to the photos posted. The location is excellent, close to downtown San Telmo and the C line of the Subte. Definitely a great option to rest quietly after a day of many activities.

Silvia is a perfect host, she was always there to help with any query and supplied us with extras such as an iron and washing stand without complaint. There was a power failure one evening and she kept us updated. The aircon had to be serviced and that was done immediately. It was a pleasure engaging with her. The flat is in the perfect area as you have the San Juan station very close and the central area of San Telmo is within 800 metres. There is no metro near the central area so this is a big plus. There is also a Dia supermarket, butcher and bakery close to the flat. We stayed for a month and the flat was perfect for our needs. The flat is very secure with 24 hour remote security monitoring. Even though we were warned of crime we had no negative experience and walked around freely at night

The place is beautiful, full of pictures and beautiful details. We were my partner Sol and I, stayed a couple of nights and enjoyed a lot, the hot tub is Bárbara, it has electric ants and a fridge with prepared ice. Very attentive, very clean, we all loved it, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

It was a very pleasant stay. We had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Communication was very smooth and we were quickly helped with any issues.
