I am someone who stays frequently so that is the result of considering the apartment a great option, as everyone will have their details but they are minimal and do not affect the good rating. Reason for it is my constant search for this option to stay in CDMX. Highly recommended

Carmen is a great host, and communicating with her was super easy. The apartment has an awesome location, it was clean and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything was great! Only thing it was that it was not completely clean. The sofas has hair and stains on the them. But everything else was exactly like in the picture and location was good!

The apartment is quite lovely. I stayed for a couple months and it was comfortable and clean, including a weekly visit from a cleaner. The location is an easy uber to anywhere in the city as long as there isn’t traffic. I would’ve liked some more independent businesses in walking distance, but other than that it was a great place to stay!

centrally located and easy to walk. Host was very responsive and his host guide had lots of recommendations. there are lots of stairs if you have too much luggage but great place would stay again! enjoyed our time there.

The apartment is really nice and well equipped. It was clean, has everything as shown in the pictures. Location is great, the street is peaceful and close to a lot of things. Paty stayed in contact at all times, was helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back.

Totally recommended. The place is warm and feels super safe. We returned in the early morning with a group of 4 people and there was never any problem, we were able to go out in the day and at night quietly, and Martina stayed in contact all the time, highly recommended ❤️

Laura was a wonderful host! She immediately responded to any questions. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the view is great! The area is very quiet and perfect for sleeping but during the day you are surrounded by beautiful cafes, delicious restaurants, and lovely boutique shops. We can’t wait to come back!

Probably one of our favorite stays. Felt clean, comfortable, modern, in a great location. Shower had hot water and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. We were able to park our car in the garage and retrieve it easily. Would definitely stay here again.

it says there is a washer and dryer but I only noticed the washer machine, so I hung my clothes to dry, the remote controller for TV don't work to well but overall everything worked out great!

Great place to stay. Walkable neighborhood, close to city landmarks and convenient (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery around the corner).

I used the apartment as a support for my vacation in Mexico City. I was out a lot, but for what I needed, I had no problem.

Friendly and attentive hosts. Good value. The place looks just like the photos. We appreciated the modern amenities: good showers, purified water, washer and dryer, and a huge tv. The window brought great natural light but privacy was easy to have with the blinds. Super stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking from tools to a good selection of basic ingredients. We loved being the only tourists in an authentic Mexican neighborhood that was extremely safe. The neighborhood had all the basics, panaderías, grocery stores, banks, microwave brewery restaurants, ecobici bike stations 5 mins away and buses right out front. Ubers came within 2 mins. It would have been nice to have a closer metro but we didn’t mind the 25 minute walk, when we used it. It was always easy to get a bus and we biked almost everyday. The only negative was the noisy main road and occasional minor noise from neighbors in the courtyard facing room. We otherwise had a great stay and would gladly return.5*****

Excellent apartment, complies with everything indicated, it is clean and very close to all areas of interest both walking and Uber. It also has 24/7 security, which is an important plus. I would definitely go back.

The hosts are very friendly and attentive. The place is very homey, comfortable, easily accessible. It is also very easy to get to and very well located, you only take a metro line to get to the center. I recommend 100%. Definitely if I come back to CDMX I will look again to stay with them.

Nuesta stay was excellent, I highly recommend this place to stay in CDMX. The house is very complete and we didn't lack anything. It is very well located, close to the airport and helped us too much that the Aragón metro station was walking, from that metro station we could move to any part of the city very quickly. On the side of the house is a tent and a water dispenser which made our stay super comfortable. There is also a Soriana Hiper walking where we could buy mandado for our entire stay. The host was very friendly and was always attentive to us and responded to our messages very quickly. The arrival at the place was good and fast, and the service was excellent. I 100% recommend this AirBnB, we stayed 5 days and everything was perfect, I would definitely stay here again.

Worth the price. The host was always in touch and from the day before he showed us in detail how to access the apartment. It is close to the Tlatelolco metro station, so mobility to other parts is very easy. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Great stay near a park and many food and drink spots.

Awesome place, near to a lot of places, definitely will come back
