This place was amazing! The location.. right in Roma Norte. 1 minute walk to Oxxo and 7-11. Right across the street are street-tacos, literally the best and cheapest food ever. Nice close walking distance to lots of great restaurants, a small park, close to condesa and reforma. The home is beautiful and big. TV in master bedroom and living room. There are also fans and a space heater. Highly recommend a stay here. Hosts are great too.

The accommodation is very comfortable, meets the description and was very clean. It is recommended to take a vehicle and not walk in the area. It is very central and close to everything. Parking is a great added value

We felt very comfortable in this accommodation, there were many amenities that facilitated our stay and we found everything very clean and tidy upon arrival. It was very easy to find the location as we came walking from the airport, which is very much appreciated. They were very accessible with the check-in and check-out times which helped my brother and my move without so much time pressure and buy better flights since it was cheaper to buy flights in not so common times for Check-In and Check-Out, and they even took care of our bags the last day after our check-out to go and return to the center more comfortably before our return flight. They always cared for our comfort and answered all our doubts and questions regardless of the time of day or night so I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable, accessible stay with excellent hosts. Thank you so much for everything! Looking forward to it 🖐🏻

Plenty of restaurants in the area. Security person was always there and polite. Place had everything you may need. Definitely recommend. Great communication.

Dalia was super great and responsive and the house was very cute. We were four people staying there - one couple and 2 singles and probably could have fit one more person or couple but I was glad we were just four. The house is beautiful and better than the pictures. We spent all our time in the living room together and were very cozy and comfortable. The house is older so you can definitely hear what's going on throughout the house but that didn't bother us. Only issue reported was one friend is 6'2 and had to bend down to go in some of the doors. Otherwise we had a great time and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do.

Wonderful home, we enjoyed our stay to the max and the host was very on top of things and always reaching out if we needed anything, would definitely come back.

Paty and Eduardo were wonderful hosts. Each time we had a few questions about things to do or clarification. They responded so quickly and with a great recommendations. They were always so friendly and professional. The place really was amazing! This was definitely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in and it felt like a real vacation with a little garden and the architectural design of the place itself. I also love the fact that I could walk a few blocks to get my morning coffee! Also only a 10 minute walk from downtown Coyoacan, where all the action is with many stores and amazing restaurants. We highly recommend staying there and one tip that was very useful was to book the bike trip on the Airbnb app itself that included the blue house tour. Although there was a six day wait to see the blue house, we were able to see it at the same day by doing the bike tour and it was a wonderful experience to see Coyoacan by bicycle. We definitely plan on returning!! :))

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house is great and wonderfully located. In a quiet and safe zone with great decor and a nice neighborhood. Lovingly renovated and reasonably in good condition, I would come back anytime. My family enjoyed the stay and everything is within walking distance (Frida Kahlo Museum, center of Coyoacan and a metro station) The "Tacos del Pueblo" next to the house are also the best Tacos in the city. As expected, the kitchen is impeccable, the rooms are also good, but the house is a bit cold. But with the summer heat at some seasons, this can be a blessing. Parking around the house was relatively easy and we always felt safe

The house in Coyoacan was beautiful!! Very clean and large rooms, fully equipped kitchen and very nice outdoor area. We enjoyed the time very much. The location is also ideal and central. The communication with Ramón was great, he responded quickly and helped with concerns. Thanks a lot!

I had a great stay at Vicenzo's place. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and there are 2 TV's. I felt safe in the area and there are many amazing places to eat nearby less than 10 minutes' walk or 15 with Uber. The apartment was equipped with everything you need to stay comfortably and also to cook. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions I had very quickly. Had a couple of small inconveniences but Vicenzo and the owners were always available and in contact with me which made me feel good :) Vicenzo bought me a complimentary muffin's due to the inconveniences which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place, thank you, see you next time.

This apartment is just as described. It also was very safe with a guarded front door. The people in the building were all very nice. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean. Ample amount of hot water for showers. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint and professionally cleaned couch but is very clean and spacious.

A charming place with beautiful vintage decor and plenty of natural light. The location is great being close to many of my favorite restaurants and stalls. Cristobal was highly accommodating and very responsive to all questions. I was working remotely during our stay and the wifi was fast and reliable for video calls. We had a great time here!

Excellent apartment, safe and secure. 24/7 security easy to get in and out, close to the convenience store to buy snacks, coffee etc. There is a pharmacy just down the street. The Wi-Fi works super good we also love theTV. Huge refrigerator and stove; lots of closet space and smells good. I definitely recommend Rafa’s place.

Loved the place, great location with lots of things to do nearby. Lots of room for everyone, easy walk to grocery store, shops, restaraunts, and bars. Note there's no heating or AC, but that was expected and really not an issue. I would also note it's a walk-up apartment, so if you have large bags keep in mind you will need to get them upstairs. I would definitley recommmend and return! Thanks again!

This was an ideal place for a Mexico City adventure. It is tastefully conceived and executed, and the neighborhood, Condesa, is full of leafy of streets, interesting restaurants and coffee shops, and walkable destinations. It felt quiet, safe, and welcoming. We would return there again, and Fernando was a terrific and responsive host. He and Adrian provided a long list of fun spots to explore. An excellent refuge from the lively hustle and bustle of CDMX!
