What an outstanding place! We were six people, and Kathleen's house was just perfect for us. Plenty of bedrooms, but also lots of space for people to hang out together or to have some alone time. The location is optimal: close enough to walk into town for dinner, but also far enough out that you don't have to fuss with tiny streets and microscopic parking. Kathleen helped us make arrangements for a pasta-making class and olive oil tasting right at the house, which everyone enjoyed, including those who normally poo poo activities like that 😉. How fun it was to bring back olive oil made from olives grown right on the property! And the view is just to die for. When you dream of renting a house in Italy...this is it!

**A small paradise in the heart of Val d'Orcia** Our stay at *Podere La Rosa* was simply fantastic. Giada and her parents are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and with a real sense of welcoming their guests. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a homemade cake – a loving gesture that set the tone for our entire stay. The apartment itself has not only met, but exceeded all our expectations. It is tastefully furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The location is perfect: Located in the middle of the Val d'Orcia, all the highlights of the region – whether for culinary discoveries or photographic adventures – were quickly and easily accessible. We felt completely comfortable here and can fully recommend it as one of the best AirBNB accommodations. If we travel to Tuscany again, it is clear to us: We will come back!!

It was very much than expected: the location is unique in San Quirico with a real loggia where we could see the procession of Holy Friday underneath. As well you can enjoy the sunrise and last but not least there were a lot of surprises that Claudia prepared for us, that I will not tell you now because is better you discover by yourself. There is not a place like this in all San Quirico val d’Orcia! Everything was excellent!

If you go to Tuscany, This is the accommodation I will go back to again. The view in front of the property is so cool. The scenery of Val d'Orca is also great, and it's close to Pienza, so you can fully enjoy Tuscany. Luana is also very kind, The place is also very clean and nice.
