Monthly Rentals in San Pelayo

Stayed 2 weeks in late January/early February. Perfect for 1-2 people. Very clean compact apartment and efficiently designed for the space. Accurately represented in the photos. Friendly 24 hour security at the entrance. Keypad entry with a deadbolt lock. Beautiful newer flat screen TV in the bedroom with Amazon Prime video. The balcony faces north, so it was in the shade all day avoiding the hot sun. It is within 1-2 minutes walking distance to 3 different supermarkets and a short Uber or taxi to the malls or the downtown area. It is a pet friendly apartment, so you might occasionally hear a dog bark, but this was not offensive in my opinion. The host, Hugo, is the quickest and most responsive host I have ever encountered in a short term rental choice. Hugo was even able to accommodate my late arrival when Avianca moved my flight to a late evening arrival. Thanks so much Hugo. I would definitely stay at this property again if my travels take me back to Monteria.

Our stay at Alex's property was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place is simply spectacular, surrounded by lush nature that provides an atmosphere of tranquility and total rest. The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, ideal for enjoying as a family or with friends. Definitely one of the biggest attractions is the pool, which exceeded our expectations; it's spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing or having fun. The rancho is another spectacular space, ideal for sharing unforgettable moments, either preparing a barbecue or enjoying the breeze. The kids had a lot of fun exploring every corner of the property. Alex's hospitality as a host was excellent, always attentive to any requests and ensuring an impeccable stay. We go with the best memories and we would definitely come back without thinking twice. We recommend this place to those looking for comfort, nature and total disconnection.
