Each tiny condo is a 1 bedroom condo with a full kitchen and living area with partial ocean views from the small patios on the lower level of our condo tower. Short and long term rentals are welcome here! The condos are not suitable for children, so adults only please. This tiny condo sleeps 1- 2 people comfortably, with double bed in the bedroom. Enjoy all that Vista Encantada has to offer including our huge pool overlooking the Pacific

Perfect for 1 to 4 guests! Villa is in the town of Chacala, located on the hill overlooking the bay. Upper half of villa can offer 1- 2 bedrooms depending on number in your party. The master suite has its own bath, balcony, kitchen and entrance. The 2nd bedroom has its own entrance, bath & balcony and use of the roof top kitchen. Both units have wifi, smart t.v.'s and AC's. If you are a group of 2 or less you'll book the mastersuite, if 3-4 are in your group, you get both bedroom suites.

Casa Abi, excellent location 25 minutes from the beach

Excellent location two blocks from Av. Tecnologico, grocery stores around the corner from the house, self-service store 5 minutes away, shopping mall 10 minutes away, San Blas Beach 25 minutes away, park 5 minutes away, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. It has a garage for a car with measurements (2.40 meters high, 4.80 meters long and 2.80 meters wide). We are close to the university (UBC) and Tecnologico de Tepic. We are located just 10 minutes from factories such as Dräxlmaier and ATR.
