A cozy apartment with stunning views. The stay was very comfortable. Nearby beach and park for children. An area to walk and enjoy the sea. The best part is the balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif while looking at the sea and where you can see the sunset.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It lived up to the description and photos . Fantastic location, so accessible to shops the shopping centre, restaurants and beach Would highly recommend

Hi. We felt very welcome. Everything was in order and all the necessities were available. Surprisingly, we could drink water from the tap via a filtration system - it's smart and you don't have to do all the purchases of water and all the plastic that is thrown out. A great asset and definitely something we will be more searching for for our next stay. Jemina greeted us exactly as we had agreed and all communication is top professional. All the best. This apartment was a true oasis during my move. I needed to stay a few days in a quiet place and this place really exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, a stone's throw from the beach, and the tranquility of the urbanization allowed me to relax in a time of high stress next to my b***h, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. The development is very safe, with private parking and was happy to sleep at night. No parties or noise from neighbors. The flat is beautiful, very well decorated, with great views of the sea, super clean and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. Communication with José Carlos and Marta was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. I 100% recommend this place!

We had a great stay , the apartment was as advertised. We thank our hosts for their kindness, availability, and quick response to our request. The little less is that the parking box in the basement is too narrow and it is very tricky to park in the box for modern cars, but there are plenty of parking spaces outside Luc and Patricia CAPTAIN,

Marc’s appartment is lovely very comfortable everything you need if you want to cook we did a couple of nights It’s very close to beach and bars and restaurant we loved it very good value

It is an ideal house to spend a few days with family or friends. Very spacious, very comfortable, the heated pool, the games. Highly recommended. We'll be back!!

We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

Fully recommended house, equipped with all the amenities and very clean, no detail is missing Located in a quiet area, with plenty of gardens to walk in and close to the Mar Menor beach. We will definitely repeat David, Larisa, Atreyu

The house was pristine, very flexible when entering and leaving. To say something, a couple of amenities were not up and running. But overall we couldn't have had more luck with the host and the care he took with us.

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. The surroundings are magically beautiful on the edge of the forest and with a nice view. It's just a short walk to the beach. The host is very responsive and really friendly and helpful. In short, definitely worth an oeite

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The pool is great and everything is within walking distance and we were with 4 children . There was even shampoo and everything possible. Thank you it was beautiful. Thank you

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!
