Hej. Vi følte os meget velkomne. Alt var i skønneste orden og der var alle fornødenheder til rådighed. Helt overraskende kunne vi drikke vand fra hanen via et filtreringssystem - det er smart og man slipper for alle de indkøb af vand og alt den plastisk som smides ud. Et stort aktiv og helt sikkert noget vi vil være mere søgende for til vores næste ophold. Jemina tog imod os præcist som vi havde aftalt og alt kommunikation er topprofessionelt. Venlig hilsen. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Wer abends gerne unterwegs ist (Restaurants/Bars) hat hier die perfekte Wohnung. Sie liegt direkt am zentralen Platz und man hat sehr kurze Wege zum Strand, Restaurants und Bars. Der von Yolanda empfohlene Strand war sehr schön. Auch Yolanda hat uns immer geholfen, als wir Hilfe benötigten. Sie ist eine sehr liebe und freundliche Vermieterin mit der ihr nichts falsch machen könnt.

Este piso fue un verdadero oasis durante mi mudanza. Necesitaba alojarme unos días en un sitio tranquilo y realmente este alojamiento ha superado mis expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable, a un paso de la playa, y la tranquilidad de la urbanización me permitió relajarme en un momento de mucho estrés junto a mi perra, una Golden Retriever de 8 años. La urbanización es muy segura, con parking privado y daba gusto dormir por las noches. Nada de fiestas ni de ruidos por parte de los vecinos. El piso es precioso, muy bien decorado, con unas vistas estupendas al mar, super limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La comunicación con José Carlos y Marta fue excelente, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. ¡Recomiendo este alojamiento al 100%!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , l'appartement était conforme à l'annonce. Nous remercions nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité ainsi que pour leur réaction rapide à notre demande. Le petit moins est que le box du parking en sous-sol est trop étroit et il est très délicat de se parquer dans le box pour les voitures modernes, mais il y a beaucoup de places de parking à l'extérieur Luc et Patricia CAPITAINE,

Marc’s appartment is lovely very comfortable everything you need if you want to cook we did a couple of nights It’s very close to beach and bars and restaurant we loved it very good value

We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

La casa estaba impoluta, muy flexibles a la hora de entrar y salir. Por decir algo, un par de servicios no estaban en funcionamiento. Pero en general no podíamos haber tenido más suerte con el anfitrión y los cuidados que tuvo con nosotros.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in het huisje. De omgeving is magisch mooi aan de bosrand en met een mooi uitzicht. Het is maar een klein stukje lopen naar het strand. De host reageert snel en is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, zeker een oeite waard

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

Vi trivdes väldigt bra under vår vistelse. Lägenheten har ett mycket bra läge, massor av trevliga små restauranger, både lyxiga och lite enklare, på gångavstånd och både stora mataffärer och små närbutiker som har allt, även det på gångavstånd (de närmaste restaurangerna/butikerna ligger på endast någon/några minuters gångavstånd). Ca 9 km till fantastiska stränder i Guardamar, och ca 15 km till Torreviejas lika fina stränder. Det lär gå bussar både till Guardamar och Torreveija från Los Palacios, men då vi hade bil använde vi oss inte av bussarna så jag vet inte säkert, men det kan man ju lätt kolla upp. Har ni cyklar öppnar sig fantastiska möjligheter till fina och trevliga upplevelser i omgivningarna.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt. Es war vieles schon vorhanden . Auch Eis und Chips für die Kinder . Flexibler Check out und tolle Empfehlung wurden uns gegeben . Der Pool ist super und alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wir waren mit 4 Kindern . Es war sogar Shampoo und alles mögliche vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns es war wunderschön. Danke

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Очень приятная чистая,новая квартира. Есть абсолютно все для проживание в том числе шампуни,мыло, стиральный порошок. В каждой комнате есть обогреватель это очень важно при проживание в холодное время года. Всё чисто ,приятно ,новый ремонт. Очень тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую!
