Monthly Rentals in San Pablo City

Had a great time with my family here. Pros: Responsive and friendly host. Top quality mattresses and kitchen wares. Safe (gated with security), and quiet neighborhood. PS4 and Jacuzzi were cherries on top. Cons: No water heater. Will definitely book here again.

The host was super responsive and helpful communicating by email. The place was very comfortable and worked perfectly for my needs. I am American, and I'm used to slightly different things, especially with the bathroom. But it was very nice and suited my needs well.

This was my second time that I stayed at an Airbnb of Ms. Annie, and again I had the most wonderful time. I stayed for 3 months and like last time it was a very pleasant stay throughout the whole time. Annie is a very responsive host and she will do everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. The house provides everything you need for daily life and a relaxed stay, even if you're not here for vacation but for business purpose. It is very clean and the area is very safe with guards roaming around 24 hours a day. The neighborhood is very friendly and you can find stores and restaurant within a 15 minutes driving range. Unfortunately, this will be my last stay at Ms. Annie's Airbnb for a while, since I haven't left the Philippines after my 3 months stay and will be staying here for good. I wish Ms. Annie and her family all the best and hope to see her soon again here in San Pablo, cause she wasn't only my host, but has become a cherished friend of my fiancée and me 🤗
