Monthly Rentals in San Nicolas

We had a lovely two-night stay! The location near the rice fields offered a beautiful view, and the host was super friendly and flexible with check-in. She even helped us find a van. The rooms were comfortable, but it would be helpful if the keyholders were color-coded for easier distinction, and a microwave in the other room would be a nice addition. A/C in all rooms would also be great. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it! Thank you so much!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Liza was very helpful and considerate host. I could not find the place due to not yet having a sim card for the Philippines to use online navigation. I was able to contact her via telephone and she came and picked me up and drove me to the unit herself. I locked the key inside on the 2nd day and she promptly sent someone over to get me inside.

Place is very near bus station (walking distance) although we brought a car. Place is very quiet and nice, place is actually all for yourself and very cheap!!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Acasia Inn—it felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and Ms. Marj is one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve encountered. She’s highly responsive and ensured all my requests were attended to. The place is spotless and fully equipped, just the way we like it. Simply the best! Highly recommended!
