This place was exactly what we needed; easy to visit the historic center of Lecce, and easy to visit other parts of Salento, and parking right in front of the door. The house was spacious and clean, and Gianni was very helpful, kind, and responsive. We really appreciated the breakfast items and the pasticciotto! There is not much going on in the neighbourhood, but our children were happy enough with a playground at about 10 min walk.

Valeria and her husband Paolo met us at the front entrance. They took us up the lift and walked us through the entire flat. We learned how to operate any and all flat requirements which were few and easy. They also wrote down a number of eating options for us by type of food, budget wise and distance on foot in near/far options. The hospitality was much appreciated! There is a coffee shop with bar, a fruit/veg store right below the flat, so convenient! Neither establishment is open past 8:00 pm so not a noise issue. Lastly when our taxi didn’t show up Valeria offered to drive us to the train station. That was a very kind gesture and we really appreciated her going out of her way. Do not miss the opportunity to stay here if one comes up. Yes it’s a small walk to town center 15 minutes or less but it is worth the few extra minutes to have peace and quiet and to have Hists like Valeria and Paolo!!! We had a super stay!

I stayed at Catia's for a conference in the center of Lecce, arriving from Rome by car. Although it is not in the old town, it is very easy to walk to every part of the city, I was able to leave the car under the house (where it was easy to park) and return comfortably at night even very late without any problem. So I avoided ZTL-related problems or looking for parking in the center, often for a fee, which was great! House impeccably clean and with all the comforts, very comfortable bed, highly recommended!

Very good stay with Marinella who offers a lively accommodation and very close to the train station for me who was taking the train to visit the region . Marinella is also accommodating and attentive to her hosts .👍😊 The accommodation is large and the bedding is good , it is also very quiet Everything was perfect. There are only very small grocery stores next door, no supermarket, so you have to think about shopping in the center or a city next door. But lots of restaurants Lecce is very nice too 😀
