The house is new and clean, when I walk into the house, it looks like a luxury house but also feels like at home, it makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is not far from the city, it’s easy to go to downtown, the environment is beautiful and quiet, especially the house is really big , there are so many rooms which 18 people can stay, The house owner also can provide BBQ in the yard if you need. Next time I would love to visit again with my family.

Khun Key's house is clean and elegant, located in a suburban neighborhood, very quiet and comfortable, the house is more beautiful than the photos and imagination, the morning sun shines in the courtyard, the moment it was really beautiful.In short, the style of the house is the elegance of the French elegance, the southern green plants.We loved it and thanks for the care of Khun Key.

My family had a wonderful time staying a month in this home. It was very comfortable, clean, and felt very safe. The kids appreciated the bike and rode to the park frequently. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The hosts even set up a Christmas tree upon our arrival, which this American family was quite grateful for!

Stayed 3 weeks. Very peaceful place to stay. Beautiful garden and trees, nice little river, plenty of birds. Great place to relax and get away from it all. No issues getting food delivered or taxis. Nice quiet roads to go for walks near rice fields. Hosts were very helpful.

If you have a chance to come and play in Chiang Mai, I introduce you to this place, in addition to the local Lana style, it is elegant and quiet, suitable for the whole family or lover to come to the leisure place, preferably set on Friday, Saturday, there is a small village nearby where you can appreciate the local custom.

Excellent place to stay, Annie was very professional and communicated really well- she even recommended some activites to do around the area which we really appreciated! The place was beautiful, kept very clean and the place had lots of amenities (the steal was the absolutely amazing rooftop pool) and the bed was super comfortable. We had issues with Wi-Fi so we messaged Annie and she replied with good timing and the problem was solved quickly! Location was very good, GRAB to old city was about 100baht which is good price and a one minute walk 7/11 across the road which was great! Once again thank you Annie for our stay, Chiang Mai was so beautiful (our favourite stay in Thailand) and we would definitely recommend this place to friends and family! We hope to visit again some time soon :)

The apartment was just like the photos, the host was great and quick respond! The location was perfect, near the main road and near to local food, as near to the night bazaar as well. The pool area was stunning, everything was great! Will absolutely come back!

It was a great hotel for a family to stay in. The community facilities and pool within the condo complex had a peaceful leisure time. The only downside is the location. It was far from downtown, so we had a hard time getting back to the house from the old town (grab bike recommended). However, it is in a great location for a lantern festival.

The place was as described. The swimming pool on the top floor is the highlight, sunsets look stunning from the pool. The small Condo had everything that a family would need. The old town was a 10 minute drive. Jeab was very communicative. Would stay again if we come back to Chiang Mai. Overall, Chiang Mai is a laidback town with very good people. It helps having a scooter or a car to move around. The tours are very well organised and value for money. The food was delicious especially Thai cuisine in the city and very close to the Condo. Chiang Mai is also lot cheaper than other Thai cities.

I like the accommodation. Last year, it was noisy because it was under construction, but it's quiet and nice now. Grab taxis are good for people, so it's good for locals. If you go back to the back, it's good because it's a bar. I've been to all the surrounding buildings as if there are no facilities like this for long-term residents, and this is the latest. The owner also communicates well, and the view is the best in the room, and the view is good. Good

Very clean apartment and perfect for a longer stay as it has all the things you'll need.

We stayed in Phanyaphat’s apartment in the Astra Sky River with for a week. We really enjoyed the well thought out and modern accommodation and the facilities especially the roof top pool. It was really long - perfect for swim training. Loads of other facilities too. Very close to the night markets and easy to get a tuc tuc or taxi to anywhere in Chiang Mai.

Cozy apartment! The apartment is clean and tidy. The host reply is rapid. Location is near Maya mall but still 15mins walk is needed. Overall it is recommended

Loved staying at this place, great view from near the top of the building too! Only negative is there’s a school nearby that was making a lot of noise but I don’t imagine this is all the time, maybe an event was going on. Would definitely recommend and I’d stay here again next time I’m in Chiang Mai. The use of the buildings gym and pool is a bonus, and there’s a cafe downstairs to do work in.

The house is a new apartment with infinity pool on the roof, swimming at the roof of Chiang Mai with panoramic view of Chiang Mai and take off and landing.The interior of the apartment is also very new, downstairs 711 and motorbike rental shop, very convenient.The homeowner was very communicative and it was a great place to stay

Beautiful apartment and surroundings. Very clean, great view of the beautiful garden and the pool. And the most important thing is, the host is so kind, so helpful and friendly. As a couple, we had a great time at this place.

This is a lovely little nest in Nimman, close to a major road and near innumerable cafes and restaurants. It was even well suited to visit nearby coworking spaces. The place is neat, the best is very comfy. The host sent across water and papers for us, towels placed in the house, and such details that made is easy to simply unpack our suitcase and settle in. I stayed here fro nearly a week and did not even get tired of the place. It was a perfect little apartment. Will be happy to stay here again.

I lived in Thailand for the first time for two months. Before our departure, I was worried a lot, but it has been a home away from home since moving into the house. If you talk about the inconvenience, peecha was able to solve it as soon as possible. It's an accommodation I'd like to come again next time I'm here.
