We love this place so much we stayed here twice! Highly recommended!

We had a really beautiful time staying here, Dtor and Pete have created something quite magical nestled within the rice fields and mountains. It’s the perfect retreat where you feel somewhere totally different. Dtor and Pete were so accommodating and we loved learning about the local cotton production and spending time by the Koi pond and enjoying the land. There are lots of nice restaurants and cute places nearby to visit. I would absolutely recommend this place for a family holiday, next time we’re going to bring everyone! This was definitely one of my favourite experiences on Airbnb and I’m already looking forward to our next visit.

The actual check in felt so much more beautiful than the photos! The pool is very clean and spacious and has a massage feature❤️ The living room, kitchen are very clean and bright, well lighted, fully equipped, and the high design makes it very comfortable. Every room is thoughtfully designed and equipped with a bathroom, and the hot water is stable and there is a lot of water! Will definitely stay again if I come back to Chiang Mai🥹🥹🥹 Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful time in Chiang Mai. The house is very clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful yard. We can exercise. The birds are chirping and the flowers are fragrant. The host is very friendly and helpful. Because the plane was late, we arrived in Chiang Mai at 11pm. The host picked us up at the airport. The return flight was in the morning, and the host sent us off early in the morning. She kindly recommended places to us and drove us there. Thank you so much for your help. I'll stay here again next time I come to Chiang Mai.

this was such an awesome place! beautiful, peaceful, remote but still close enough to spend the whole day in town! I recommend getting the motorbike/scooter rental. Prapai sent us a large list of recommendations of local places to visit only 5-10mins away from her location and they were all awesome!

We had an amazing stay, feeling right at home in a beautiful bungalow with peaceful surroundings and lots of privacy. Khun Nong is the kindest and loveliest host we have ever had! She immediately made us feel so welcome and had great recommendations, plus she checked in often to make sure we had everyhting we needed. We rented a scooter which was great to explore the neighborhood (that felt so special) and go to the city, but you can easily order a Grab to and from the resort. I couldn't use the Wi-Fi nor my Thai sim card to make some work calls so I went to the city, which wasn't a problem for me, but there is also an amazing japanese café nearby (8 minutes drive) that provides good Wi-Fi. Ask Khun Nong and she'll give you the name 😊 Thank you again so much from both of us for such a lovely stay 🥰

Bill was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. He was thoughtful and helpful and very quick to respond whenever I sent a message. He had water and extra supplies such as toilet paper, washing powder etc which was really helpful, especially being out of town. There was a gym, which Bill recommended, within walking distance too. We were a group of 9 who stayed for nearly 3 weeks and we were very comfortable- the house is spacious and had everything we needed. The only issue we sometimes had was we had to wait a bit longer find grab. I would suggest using grab for getting home from town as songtau drivers/ taxis outside of grab had trouble finding the location. Using the ‘plus code’ on google maps was the most accurate for finding the accomodation. The community the house is in was lovely, the neighbours were friendly and would stop for a chat or to drop off some fruit etc. FYI; You have to pay for power, for us it cost us an average of an extra 255baht per night.

Little paradise, everything is perfect and better than the pictures, sure I’ll go back there. Thomas was available quickly for everything I needed, really amazing host !

We cannot say enough about how generous and kind Wat & Boom are. They did so much for us, including bringing us eggs, farm produce, and breakfast treats, spending hours teaching our teenagers to harvest and prepare sugarcane juice and fresh coconut, showing us around their farm, and taking one of us to the hospital after a (self-inflicted) injury. The farm is beautiful and peaceful - we enjoyed this haven in nature as a travel break. We rode the provided bikes to the temple, village shops & restaurants, a cute coffee shop and around the area. We can also highly recommend the "Banthi Tour" with Mr P. (search on Tripadvisior) for a full day village experience about 15 minutes away. Staying at the farm feels a bit like glamping, with the downstairs patio, kitchen and 2 bathrooms open to the outside, and a comfortable bedroom upstairs with fans and good mosquito protection.
