Vacation rentals with a hot tub in San Kamphaeng District

This is my second time in Chiang Mai. I had a great experience staying at the Host's house at Nimman 1 before.There are more people coming this time, and the host recommended this pool villa.High-end atmosphere, comfortable and cozy.Huge living room, floor-to-ceiling windows facing the pool, a small river next to the BBQ area, it's not very hot at night, and it's comfortable to sit outside.The neighborhood is very quiet, and there is no airplane noise. I used to live on Ningman Road, and the only thing that was lacking was the airplane noise. But in fact, it only takes ten minutes to drive here, and it arrives very quickly.There is karaoke, billiards, staying here feels like you don't need to go out and play, but because of the itinerary, I can only stay in Chiang Mai for two days.Highly recommended!Will come again!

We had such a great stay at Ami’s place. Perfect location in the heart of Nimman, and an easy Grab ride to old town or anywhere else in Chiang Mai. Very responsive and helpful host, and a very cool space to call home for the week. The deck on the roof was so nice to hang out on at night.

Jorge is such an outstanding host. His communication is always responsive and attentive. He is so friendly and helpful that you will get a friend after your stay. Our whole family felt right home at the place and kids do not want to leave the place with lots of fun things to do/play with. We all enjoy the pool and jacuzzi very much. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

We loved staying at the Chiangmoi Oasis. It was the exact relaxing environment we needed before a busy wedding weekend. Pia was very communicative, accommodating and helpful in getting us acquainted to the area. We cannot wait to come and stay at Pia's place again soon! Thank you Pia 😊 🙏🏻

Very comfortable stay, comfortable garden environment, good bedding. The tatami was thoughtfully arranged for the children. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire stay. Especially the lounge chair in the master bedroom, it's great for lying down and doing photo editing! It's convenient to go everywhere nearby, quiet in the middle of the city. The sound of the plane was okay, not very affected, the kid was so happy. Daily cleaning was done in a timely manner. It's really great. I'll come back again👍🏻 next time. Recommended to friends! It feels like staying at a friend's house, very well taken care of!

a great little place in a really good location. it has a fun bohemian feel, good vibe and so much to do in the area that you can walk to. we had lots of fun just exploring the city on foot from here. little private yard for sun bathing and a spa tub built into the outdoor deck were a nice relaxing spot to cool off in.

Fantastic place with plenty of room and wonderfully refurbished. Rath was the nicest and most helpful host I have come across. I recommend a stay here. If you do, I recommend Kats Kitchen, a couple min walk away.

This- is the best place to stay in Chiang Mai! The house is unique and amazing, the hosts are so friendly and gracious and always helpful! If an 'out of the city' low key vibe with beautiful Thai surrroundings are what you're looking for, this is definitely it! The open air feel is wonderful, the private pool off the master bedroom is clean and refreshing, the morning Thai breakfast is a treat, fresh flowers in every room is a delight! Clean towels every day, and laundry done if you need. Great local restaurants and a 'farmers market' within walking distance. Highly recommend this place!!

We had a pleasant and enjoyable time thanks to Lily assistance in providing us with a wonderful property. Sclass villa had all we needed. Fantastic pool. Spacious rooms with clean modern bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious with daily top up of drinking water. Attentive caretakers and good housekeeping. Facility is just adjacent to the airport and cab ride about 15 mins to mall, shopping and entertainment areas. Pui and Lily were very responsive and helpful making sure we had a comfortable stay. Will definitely return. Thank you Ms Lily and Ms Pui for hosting us.

We absolutely loved our stay at this floating villa in Chiang Mai! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the place had everything we needed—and more. You can really tell the host puts care into every detail. Everything was spotless, and communication was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. It’s a little out of the city center, which we actually appreciated for the peace and quiet, and there are a few great restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Chiang Mai!

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

Perfect place. Beautiful house Very clean, quiet, very well equipped, especially the kitchens (indoor outdoor)We rented a car at the airport which made it even more convenient to get to the house and explore around. The pictures dont give it justice. The house is much nicer. I would be curious to see how the garden looks like in the rainy season with water flowing around. Rose garden outback. A gem.

The villa was beautiful and provided so much peace for my trip. It was even better than the pictures. The on-site team was amazing, especially Pisit (5 stars for Pisit)!! After my stay, I am already planning my next trip to Chiangmai and will be staying at this beautiful home again.

The location is super great. It's also close to the city and it's like living in nature. This is definitely the most comfortable villa I have ever stayed in. It is the Star Villa building in Chiang Mai. Five bedrooms six bathrooms. The 8 of us stayed very happy. In the afternoon I like to make tea by the lake. This villa has a lot of services. Make our one-stop trip comfortable. 5-star reviews.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Mindblowing! This place is an absolute gem. Located deep in the forest, it’s incredibly peaceful – the perfect getaway to relax and disconnect. The house is beautifully designed, stylish, and exceptionally well thought out. Everything you might need is there, plus some lovely extras like a projector, Bluetooth speaker, and a star projector for cozy evenings. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The pool was a highlight – with both hot and cold water, perfect in any weather. We also loved the free snacks, water, and thoughtful little touches that made the stay extra special. Free parking is available – the road is narrow but fully paved and fine for confident drivers. And the food – just wow! Breakfast and dinner were freshly prepared and brought right to us by the host. Delicious, home-cooked, and included in the price. One of the most memorable stays we've ever had. Highly recommended!
