Waterfront vacation rentals in San Juan Playa

The apartment and the whole holiday complex were really great. In particular, the sea view from the large terrace was fantastic. The apartment is very well equipped and the pool area is very nice. The recommendations Wilfried sent before the trip were also very helpful. We can really recommend the apartment

Wonderful apartment with beachside location, we stayed here for 8 days with our grandchildren and family. The apartment has plenty of space, and a well equipped Kitchen. Everything you need for,your stay washing tablets for dishwasher and plenty of t towels. Beach towels and beach equipment was available. The restaurants are right outside and very friendly staff. Supermarket and tram all within 10 minute walk. Karen booked taxi for us and responded to every question. Thanks for the lovely Holiday.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

We had a fantastic stay, Daniel is a great host and is always available for any questions you may have about the area. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor space and is perfectly situated in a quiet area of the town with everything you need within walking distance.

Very good. Very good. Prompt reply to booking and very good communication throughout. The description and reviews describe the house very well and it is more spacious than the photographs portray. Everything clean, well decorated, bright, good storage space, living area is a good size and comfortable, with a good wi-fi connection. Bed was comfortable, bedding and towels very clean. There are quiet ceiling fans excellent for warm evenings, we did not use the air conditioning. A pleasure eating breakfast on the front terrace. The area is residential, quiet and clean. On road parking to the front and very little road noise at night. Walking around the area at night felt secure. If arriving by car, our sat nav did not recognise the one way roads. With facilities within walking distance and a tram to Alicante, a car is useful but not essential. Thank you Lola and José for a perfect holiday. I recommend this as a peaceful relaxing location or as a base for exploring further.

Best air bnb, Mirabelle is so attentive to our needs and always goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, couldnt ask for a better place to stay or better hosts. Stunning and very very clean . This place looks exactly like those pictures ( actually even better ) they put so much care and love into this place you can literally feel and see it . Do not think twice just book it you won't regret it . Absolutely worth the money There is everything you need in this place . We will defienetly come back.

Everything's perfect … No Incidents

We had the pleasure of being hosted by Boris and Svetlana. Rarely received such a warm welcome, the house was spotless as well as the amenities provided (linens,bed etc .) Fantastic days we spend as guests of Jolita in Santa Pola. Unbeatable location, 30 seconds from the beach. The house had absolutely everything you need, both linens, towels, blankets and household menage. All appliances in perfect condition. Heating in every bedroom and a terrace that we really enjoyed. Magnificent communication with Jolita who was super friendly allowing us to enter earlier and leave later. Definitely worth disconnecting here.

the apartment was lovely with a nice courtyard area we had breakfast there every morning of are stay looking in the sun looking over the Sea, we had a little accident and locked our selfs out of the apartment and José got us back in place very quickly we will be going back in april

The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, and being all renovated greatly improved our expectations. If it is true that it is small but the truth that it has been super well, we have been a week and a half and the truth is that there is nothing that can be said that can be improved. We had everything we needed. We haven't missed anything. Perfect location, and Eduardo responded super fast and was super attentive to all our doubts. We just have to say, thank you so much!

Exactly as described in the photos… Excellent host, extremely responsive would highly recommend, stones thrown from the beach 🏖️ plenty of restaurants all within walking distance of the apartment.

A consistently wonderful stay: previously clear information on where to get there and which navigation data, then flexible check-in , super friendly and everything very well explained, and then: a fantastic apartment with top views in the trendy district of Alicante with great restaurants but also supermarkets. Car was safely parked in guarded and fenced parking space. And the checkout, easy. It was unforgettable days in Alicante and I'm sure we'll be back. Thanks very much.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a couple or someone travelling by themselves. Lovely little balcony with sun all day, perfect for when i was there in late autumn. Very close to supermarket (2 min) and beach (7 min), as well as the tram to alicante or further up the coast (5 min). Tetyana was a great host, and when i needed help with something in the apartment, she was there within 20 mins to show me how it worked.

We liked the apartment very much, beautiful view, good location, clean, complete. Close to the boulevard and supermarkets. Villajoyosa is a nice place with lots of restaurants.

This is our second four week stay here, so that says it all really! Lovely location, very near the beach, transport, shops, restaurants - everything you could need. Apartment is exactly as described with accurate photos: sea views, extremely well equipped, everything is easy. We had a brilliant stay again.

The stay met our expectations. Very good communication with the host. Good location. Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Great public transport connection to the center of Alicante. You can park your car in the internal parking lot for free. And most importantly, an exclusive hot tub 😊
