Vacation rentals with beach access in San Juan Playa

This place is on a cute street just 1 row back from the beach in the best part of town. There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. There are sufficient towels so you can take one to the beach. The roof terrace is lovely and you can see the sea. Great find, you can hear the waves when the windows are open. Lorraine was also very flexible with the check in / put time too

We have had an amazing week at Xavier's apartment! Both the apartment and the location exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed that it was so close to everything, both beach and restaurants, and that at the same time we could have it so quiet and peaceful on the large lovely terrace. We never got tired of gazing out over the sea and seeing the city's grand silhouette, and enjoyed that it was such a vibrant folklore around us. Perfect also that we had access to a garage so close to the apartment. We have found a dream apartment and want to go back again soon!

The views were absolutely spectacular! The apartment itself was also very nice and it was great to have gated secure parking. The place had lovely facilities too and it felt like a resort. James is wonderful too, such a friendly guy and super helpful with everything. Absolutely would recommend!

The apartment has a wonderful view and the proximity to the beach is an absolute dream! Annemarie gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and showed us everything. Both check-in and check-out were a lovely encounter with her. Vincent is super reactive and kind - a great host. Thanks again!! We had a lovely time here!

We had the most perfect time here - the apartment is beautiful, very well equipped and in a fantastic location. The view from the balcony is amazing - we loved it and did not want to go home! Our stay at Juan's went very well. It is a very friendly and available. The apartment is in a great location near the beach and with communal pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. For ease of logistics it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and would recommend it with our eyes closed.

It was a great family stay. The house is perfectly located very close to the sea (around a few minutes' walk) and Liddle supermarket (around 1 minute walk), so you don’t need a car at all to enjoy your stay. Roxana and Alex, who guided us during our stay, were excellent and helped us a lot. Roxana also helped us organize a transfer to airport. I am highly recommend this place to stay.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Asa's beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped in a tranquil setting with fantastic pools. The outside space is absolutely perfect being on both sides of the house so you can enjoy the sun or shade (depending on your preference) all day. Great value restaurants with good food just outside the complex. Easy transport links via bus which were very reliable and it was a real bonus to have a small supermarket and restaurant on site. The only thing to think about is the steep hill from the house to the entrance to the complex gates. This caused problems for one less-active member of our group. But don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth the walk!

Everything we needed was there. Very easy and pleasant communication with the owner. Close to the beach, restaurants. My wife and I are very pleased and I can honestly recommend it.

Jose and Maria were excellent, they really made sure we were comfortable when the temperature dropped they brought us a blanket. They brought us a fan when we asked as well. The only thing that was tough was the mattress, it really is just a basic spring mattress that gave us trouble.

The stay was great for our family with 3 bedrooms and the living area and kitchen downstairs. In good weather, outdoor dining on the deck is nice. Friendly and helpful hostess!

The apartment is just as you can see in the photos, and being all renovated greatly improved our expectations. If it is true that it is small but the truth that it has been super well, we have been a week and a half and the truth is that there is nothing that can be said that can be improved. We had everything we needed. We haven't missed anything. Perfect location, and Eduardo responded super fast and was super attentive to all our doubts. We just have to say, thank you so much!

Great place to stay! Hosts were really nice, helpful and attentive. It was very easy to check in. The apartment was nicely renovated, in the 9th floor of colourful 1969 building, which means fantastic view to the sea. And perfect sunset view in November-December. The apartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. You can find everything you need even for a longer stay. It was also super clean, thanks for the housekeeper! There was some noise from the neighbours above and from the street, like some other reviews told. But if you are not a sensitive sleeper, that’s not a big problem. Best part was the beach, it’s really one of the best and most beautiful in Spain. The location is ideal for beach life and to enjoy picturesque, colourful atmosphere of Villajoyosa. As well as exploring Costa Blanca. Alicante tram is very convenient way to visit nearby cities, such as Altea. There was so much to see, already waiting for a next trip. We really didn’t want to leave.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a couple or someone travelling by themselves. Lovely little balcony with sun all day, perfect for when i was there in late autumn. Very close to supermarket (2 min) and beach (7 min), as well as the tram to alicante or further up the coast (5 min). Tetyana was a great host, and when i needed help with something in the apartment, she was there within 20 mins to show me how it worked.

We had a great time staying in Marianas immaculate apartment which is on the first floor of a large block in beautiful well kept gardens. The pool and beach were lovely and open countryside is a few minutes walk away. Without a car shopping is no problem as an hourly bus runs all day to Villajoyosa and a large Mercadona supermarket is on the route, about 10 minutes away. We enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing and stress free holiday, and would happily return.

We had a wonderful week in the charming flat. The balcony is large and beautiful, ideal for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is very well equipped. The communication was very good. Highly recommended!

This apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures Jaime met us and was very welcoming, explaining everything we needed to know. We have travelled extensively and Jaime’s apartment was one of the best equipped in terms of kitchen needs. The location is excellent. Alicante city centre is about a 45 min walk along the sea. It is easy to access public transit as well. To the north you can walk along the sea for great distances. This is more of a strenuous hike and absolutely beautiful. We highly recommended their apartment. It truly felt like a home.

The apartment was in an excellent position, steps away from the beach, places to eat and a few minutes walk to the tram enabling you to explore.

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.
