A beautiful apartment awaits you that is tastefully decorated and also has cozy sofas where you can spend the evening reading. The terrace with the beautiful sea view is another highlight . The garden area also invites you to enjoy your time here. We loved trying the pool - but the water is pretty fresh in November. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time here to the fullest. Victoria is an excellent host - very friendly ,always easy to reach and helpful in resolving any problems. We were very pleased with the welcome gifts and enjoyed sparkling wine and snacks with pleasure.

What a find this beautiful house! The house has been done, furnished and decorated with extreme eye for detail and to high standards. Very well thought out. The garden, pool and bar/bbq area is lovely, you really never have to go out, the place in itself is a retreat. I highly recommend the house for a holiday or romantic getaway. 7 stars!

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

The house is very tastefully decorated, all quality. There's no lack of detail. Very nice house, comfortable and in a very good area. Laura's attention, friendly and always attentive. 10!

Karin's house in Gochar is truly a special place. I had hoped to relax, unwind, and fully recharge during my stay, but the place gave me so much more. Not only is the house so lovingly decorated that you immediately feel at home and wish you had thought of all the beautiful details yourself, but the peace and solitude really make you reflective—in the best way possible. It truly feels as though the daily grind vanishes behind the mountains. Karin is not only a fantastic host but also a wonderful neighbor. And for a bit of animal companionship, there are plenty of cats and a few dogs, so you're never truly alone. One recommendation: having a car is definitely an benefit.

Everything was great with Tomás! The house is located in a quiet environment but very close to the black village where you have everything, plus a lot of atmosphere. The decor of the house is very well cared for and everything is very convenient

We had a great weekend. Communication with Arantza easy and with clear instructions (even with videos) The cleanliness was great, everything was perfect. The apartment is quite comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days. The rooftop, although unfurnished is ideal to see the stars on a clear night, in fact we were until midnight enjoying them in the silence of the night, a wonder. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the beach and the town square with variety for lunch and breakfast. Despite being downtown, there is a free public parking just a few meters from the apartment in which we have always found space

We spent a month at Bernard’s and Corinna’s place with my wife and our tabby cat. It was just the best! They were perfect hosts, very-very friendly and helpful! The house is walking distance to the beach, super cozy and quiet. Highly recommended!

The apartment is nice and has a spectacular light and views. It is also perfectly equipped and decorated with pleasure. A 10 in cleaning. Luis and Antonio were attentive at all times. We were resolved doubts and offered all kinds of suggestions. They have been of great help. We have fallen in love with the area and the house. We will be back!

Maria’s apartment is beautiful decorated and very well equipped with stunning bathrooms and kitchen, with an amazing roof terrace. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach and has plenty of restaurants and bars as well as several shops all within 10 minutes walk. Throughout our stay Maria has been very helpful in providing answers to any questions we had and made recommendations of local places to eat. We would highly recommend staying at Maria’s apartment if you’re looking at visiting Vera Playa or the surrounding area. We wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be back.

It's a gem among the villas! Anything you can need is here. (and more). We enjoyed the apartment and the large terrace. Also, we were extremely lucky with the weather. So nice and warm in early January that we could have breakfast outside in t-shirt and shirt. If there are guests, they are always at hand. This is a place where we will definitely come back!

Great, great, great. This is the second time we have stayed at Anna's place and everything is great. We were at home. It has a terrace with beautiful views and the beaches and coves nearby are beautiful. The house is very clean and with everything you need for a great vacation. Good places to dine and shop nearby. We have gone with our dog and the fantastic dog beach. We would undoubtedly repeat!!! To say that Isabel, who was our contact, was always available to answer our doubts. Super Maja.

Third stay…. Still as good! Arentzazu is a very pleasant and available host. The apartment is perfect, located close to the beach, and possibility to enjoy everything nearby. The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

My stay was excellent, we stayed for 2 weeks, we had a great time in the area. Vera Beach is an 8 minute drive. No parking issues. The whole coast is great towards Águilas there are coves with crystal clear water, then towards Mojácar there is more atmosphere. Mercadona 100m away. The apartment is very clean, very cozy, with everything you need, with everything you need to feel at home. It's not missing any detail. The air conditioning and dishwasher are appreciated. Pool with no schedules and very well cared for and parking within the community. I don't know what more could be asked for. Thank you to the owners Miguel and her lady and cleaning lady Ana Mari, they were very kind and hospitable.

We have spent a great few days in a fantastic place and the house with everything you need and in unbeatable conditions, highly recommended and I will definitely repeat it is very good. The owners were very friendly and the treatment was a charm.

Very lovely apartment and wonderful terrace with lots of space to be outside all day and beautiful views of the sea and sunrise. Great communication. Would definitely recommend.

The place is spectacular.!! A 10 unit with everything you need. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, spacious dining room, full kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, airfyer, cutlery, crockery, etc. It even has glasses for Gintonics. Air conditioning, terrace, umbrellas, bicycle, I wish all the places were like this. The amazing view from the terrace and the 2 swimming pools, padel courts, 1 tennis, etc. Recommended 200%. It's a pleasure to stay there. Jane, who is the one who did not receive, at all our disposal. We can only say cisas buena. We'll be back for sure :)
