Monthly Rentals in San Juan County

After a long day of hiking Cindy's place was exactly what we needed. Was a little hard to see in the dark coming in so late for us but we managed because it is set back. We were greeted by multiple deer just chillen in the yard and by Misty the cat. Fell in love with the place the minute we walked in. The high ceiling and open concept was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. So peaceful being tucked away. Thank you guys for hosting us!

Comfortable and very spacious. Perfect base for exploring the area.

I was on a work vacation of sorts. I needed to be able to visit family and be with them as well as work. I set up my office there at the air bnb and it was perfect to get some work done, take a nap, eat a meal etc. I found it so handy that it was only minutes from our family’s home and I will be sure to book this again. We come to visit about 3x a year and this makes the trip so doable without me having to take all of my PTO.

I stayed here for 1 month and it was the perfect place for my stay! Jess and Mike were always so responsive and helpful whenever I had questions about the place. The apartment itself was decorated beautifully and was clean. As a medical professional, this was the best location for my stay as I was rotating in the area. It is accessible to many locations in Farmington and the surrounding area. I appreciated that there were things that made the stay feel just like home, from tupperware for packing lunches to work to the coffee bar set up. I would absolutely stay here again if I am back in the area!
