Kid-friendly vacation rentals in San Juan Capistrano

A great find in a great location for us, close to family!

Absolutely perfect stay for our family of 7 to go to Disney. Check in was simple and he even let us check out a little late. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Closet space was great and two bathrooms with nice showers worked out well for us. Kitchen had everything and they even had coffee grounds/filters and laundry detergent for us to use. Truong was very responsive and kind, and we really loved staying at his home! Beautiful fruit trees on the property and a quiet street were a plus. Our stay was perfect! Would absolutely recommend. It was about a 12 minute drive to Disney and we parked in the Anaheim Hotel parking lot for $35/day. Walkable to the front gates and easy to leave and return as needed throughout the day without worrying about a bus to a Disney parking lot. We would stay at Truong’s place again!

Found this place listed by Kiwoong and booked on instant, because this fits in the location we want to stay. The pictures looked just like the house you will stay at, both inside and outside. The house is very spacious with plenty of rooms, chairs and table for a big family. There is a laundry room inside the garage if you need to wash clothes. The garden is very beautiful and peaceful with plenty of outdoor furniture and benches to sit down in the backyard. The private driveway is long enough to park two cars in parallel, and there is ample open street parking if you need it (except on street cleaning days). The front yard is very nice, however, the front door is blocked off so you must enter the house from the backyard. There are plenty of amenities and kitchen/bathroom supplies. However, I only found 6.5 sets of silverwares so that was not enough for us. We ate all our dinners inside the house. One person had to use the plastic fork/spoon. Overall, we really liked this place.

Had a beautiful time hosting my family at this home. Cozy, clean, spacious and great aesthetic! Adam was always responsive and proactive when it came to any questions I had. I would definitely book again!

A great place to stay while we were visiting relatives. Lots of amenities. We appreciated everything in the kitchen being labeled and how clean the whole place was. Loved not having to bring our own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or hair dryer. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable and I slept well. Little things like bedside lamps with outlets are so nice to have.

Stay here if you are visiting SD! The house is comfortable, clean, and kid friendly! Wendy/co-host was super responsive, when we had any questions. You are in a quiet neighborhood, so it was easy to just fall asleep. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Love the stay, matches the description and the house is new, clean and tidy. The host is helpful and the response is fast. I would no doubt recommend it to anyone who is looking for safe, peaceful neighbourhood to stay. Location is also unbeatable, you may go to all the tourist spots around 20-30 minutes. It is just a few minutes away from the highway exit so very easy if you are driving. Parking is also very easy as you can either park on the driveway or along the road outside the house.

this was the perfect home to travel with two kids. We were very comfortable and never felt worried that they were gonna get into trouble which is a big load off our minds. The home was also very roomy and let us hang out in communal. Space is very comfortably.

What a great place and amazing location ! We stayed with 4 family members and enjoyed the bedroom space and common space. Greta was very responsive ! We would stay here again when in Long Beach.

The place is nice and very centrally located downtown. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating and very friendly. It’s a little bit loud because it is on the main street downtown, so there’s a lot of cars in loud motorcycles that pass on, but my wife and I did not mind. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Juan’s was perfect. He was responsive, respectful and provided helpful information for check in and parking. The space was well maintained, very clean and comfortable. Nice views from the apartment, lit with natural light during the day. We had a welcome party when we arrived. There are two sweet huskies that live next to property. The location was superb, very walkable to restaurants, and local shops in the Silverlake/Echo Park neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again next time we visit LA. Thank you Juan!

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

We stayed at Lindsey’s place while our daughters were playing in the Surf Cup at Oceanside. The location is great. Short driving distance to most places that you want to go in the area. The complex has many amenities such as pool, hot tub, exercise room. The unit is spacious and has everything you need. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Lindsey!

Everything was great. Plenty of places to walk to. The only downside of the location is that there isn't really any outside space to hang out in that we could see, and the 5 highway was right next to the property so it was very loud outside. Once you were inside, the noise wasn't a problem. The location is near the beach and many restaurants and shops and the hosts are more than happy to provide recommendations, so the lack of outdoor space wasn't really a big deal. The only reason I mention it is that I, personally, like to sit outside and have my coffee in the morning. I would highly recommend the property.

Our stay at Mieko’s Airbnb was fantastic! The location was close to the airport and centrally located to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Mieko was an outstanding host, addressing any issues we had promptly and with a friendly attitude.

Great place and great location. Perfect for solo travel or a couple! Close walk to the bay and ocean and parking was super convenient!

Super convenient to the beach! You could barely park any closer than what we walked - less than half a block. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Had all the amenities needed! Worked perfectly for us!

My family loved it. It's very nice and beautiful decoration. We have a good time for family reunion and definitely will book it again if we come back to Little Saigon.

Blake was a wonderful host. We had an early bike tour and Blake accommodated an early check in. It was a pleasure to stay in his place. Everything was in walking distance and we were fortunate to also have the golf cart. It was a plus for those in our group who don’t get around as easily. Overall a wonderful stay and we will be back. :)

I have never been more satisfied with an Airbnb stay. Susan proactively communicated with us and shared instructions clearly. Her place was clean and spacious and had wonderfully easy to find amenities. Traveling with kids I so appreciated the plentiful towels, beach towels, beach toys and games for our family vacation!

This place was great! It was on the smaller side, but had everything you could need. I was impressed with the snacks, coffee/tea options, water filter, etc. It was a perfect spot. Also has a parking space which is great. My dog and I were right at home. I would definitely stay here again.
