Had a great time from Josue's place. Absolutely a wonderful location, incredibly close to what ended up being my favorite place to eat and drink, Casa Del Elfo. Very walkable and place matches the description.

My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic. The room was very neat and spacious. The private bathroom very pleasant and provided extra comfort. The courtyard garden was also beautifully cared for and offered a nice place to relax. The communication with the host was smooth and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It is two kilometers towards the city center, on foot it is definitely ok, but once closer to the city center you can easily take a taxi. All amenities were as described. The only downside is that there is a construction company across the street, it can make some noise in the morning, but that didn't bother us. I can definitely recommend this place!

Our host Jaime was always responsive to our messages from booking to check out. Clear instructions on where to go on arrival. We were able to leave our bags at the hostel nearby on arrival giving us almost a full day to explore Oaxaca before check in. The apartment was just as described and in photos. Very safe, quiet and comfortable. We had all we needed for our 4 day stay. I would highly recommend Jaime's place. We were close to the center without all the noise. Jaime provided great recommendations to local restaurants and activities. Overall great value and a lovely stay.

This is a nice place to stay; easy to walk to museums, markets and restaurants. Fernando is also very responsive and friendly.

Inti was super friendly and helpful at all times. Her space is cute and well located. Safe area and close to Downtown. We felt very comfortable, the beds, pillows allow and tranquility of the place allow you to rest deeply :)

Great place, with comfy beds and amenities like a smoothie maker and coffee machine that allowed me to make use of the market goods. There is a lot to see and do in the area. Personally, the noise made it hard to sleep through the nights despite wearing ear plugs. Alejandro was very helpful and responsive.

Very spacious house, beautiful, although it is a house that has already years of having been built, you can see that they give maintenance, a little noise in one of the bedrooms due to the proximity of the hotel, very close and easy to reach the center of Oaxaca, everything clean and tidy, Pepe always very on the slope. I would stay again

Very nice house, very comfortable. Spacious spaces, the rooms are very bigs. We loved the fireplace. Nearby there are many restaurants and squares and by car it is very close to the Centro. Monica was very friendly and helpful.

the location of this house is absolutely amazing and the plave itseld is a perfect combination of cozy and quaint, I would definitely come back to Alejamdro's house. the hammock in the courtyard was the best

Wonderful stay- great location, host was responsive, clean, as described and felt safe. Though a couple notes: the hot water didn’t reach the upstairs shower for us, neighbors can sometimes block the driveway with their car, and if you have a sprinter van it’ll be extremely hard to drive in with all the neighbors’ cars in the way. Otherwise great place!

Oscar was very kind and friendly, always attentive and accurate... he gave us several very good recommendations... we really enjoyed our stay and the house quite comfortable and clean.

This is our second time at Damian's house. It is so beautiful and peaceful here - walking distance to the sights in Oaxaca but on a very quiet street. The house is a gorgeous oasis, a beautifully renovated old/traditional Oaxacan house. You feel the history among gorgeous modern comforts.

Very friendly and responsive host who provided lots of helpful information. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It has everything you need, and I want to highlight that the pans and pots are in perfect condition—just like new! The location is excellent, very close to the city center but still quiet with a beautiful courtyard. I would stay here again immediately if I come back to Oaxaca!

This apartment is very spacious, with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is situated in a quiet, affluent district of Oaxaca. There is a parking spot, which is useful if you rent a car. It is quite a short distance from the city center. But with a taxi you can get there quickly. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. Communication went very smoothly and pleasantly.

A quiet, local retreat from Centro. My wife and I like living amongst the locals and this neighborhood was quaint. Great food, nice people and everything you need within a few blocks. Easy to call a taxi to take you to Centro. We stayed a month, but could have stayed much longer.

Excellent option to stay in Oaxaca City. Steps from two of the city's most iconic markets and Zócalo. It is possible to get around by walking to much of the historic downtown area. The place is quite comfortable and they keep it super clean. It has a small kitchen, utensils, coffee maker, refrigerator. The host was aware of the arrival and offered their support to keep my vehicle. He also gave us good recommendations for places to visit and eat. I would definitely come back.
