Great hotel, clean and perfectly located. The personnel is always present and helpful. I totally recommend it

We had a great stay at Calico Jacks. The staff was so kind and helpful with everything from food to activity recommendations. The room, restaurant, pool and grounds space were clean and the A/C works great after a day of hiking. The location is great for visiting San Ignacio, Xunantunich, Mountain Pine Ridge, and the small villages of San Antonio and Cristo Rey.

Marcela exhibited remarkable hospitality. Furthermore, she extends that warmth not only towards me as a host but also to other guests. Additionally, her friendliness, warm welcome, and readiness to assist in finding excursions and restaurants was truly exceptional. Moreover, the accommodations were beautiful, lush vegetation, a pool, comfortable beds and plenty of free drinks offered. Marcela’s place is truly an oasis that we will gladly return to.

We loved our stay at parrots nest! Theo and Marcus were great hosts, from recommending local guides to restaurants. Theo even made me a mini birthday cake for my birthday! that was very special. My son enjoyed playing by the river. we stayed in room 7 which was perfect for a family of 3. definitely would recommend!

Lower Dover is a wonderful place to stay! VERY close to the ATM cave and since we were so close, we were one of the very first people to get in which made it so much better. The Mayan Ruins onsite are amazing. Maddie and Abby did an excellent job at showing us around and making us feel at home. If you eat breakfast or dinner there, the food is excellent and there is plenty! San Ignacio is a close town with another wonderful maya ruin called Cahal Pech.

This was truly an oasis in the middle of the jungle. The staff was super friendly and would hang out with us. They were extremely accommodating and provided recommendations for places to go and things to see. We were in the area mainly for birdwatching, but we talked about other animals out in nature. We definitely want to come back again.

I lived in San Ignacio 6 years ago and my partner used the pool every day when I was at work. The people were so nice we decided to stay there this time. The place was nice and close to in town. Excellent pool and very friendly staff. Two small criticisms. There was a coffee maker but no cups. Also the walls were paper thin and you could hear your neighbor's conversations. Still an awesome place

Our time at Parrot’s Nest was a real highlight of our time in Belize. The place we rented was exactly as described, and very clean. It was closer to town and places to eat than expected, but was fairly quiet and felt quite secluded. Theo and Markus were wonderful hosts - welcoming, easy to chat with and gave great recommendations for food and activities. Our kids loved hanging out in the common area, playing games and eating the delicious breakfasts, but the best part was tubing down the river. Holly, the dog, guided us for our floats back to the lodge and just loved on our boys. Hearing and seeing the howler monkeys on our last morning just topped off a beautiful stay.

We had the best few days at Marcela's. The property was beautiful, our cabin was prepped with AC on and everyone was very helpful. We would 100% stay again when we return. Meals are offered for extra and we had a lovely breakfast with another group from Germany which was perfect and delicious.

This review is based on the interaction with staff at this venue not the owner who never introduced herself to us though I believe she was around. So anyway the staff were superb especially the receptionist Christina and the bar manager Amazing. These two really go out of their way for you. The pool is awesome and the bar is great particularly around happy hour. The kitchen was closed due to it being New year while we were there.

We've had an amazing time at Marcela's place. The house had everything we needed and she helped us with a lot (drove to a restaurant the first night, helped with a package that we had to receive, taxi's, tours and so on. Thank you Marcela!

Honestly, this has got to be the best air BNB experience we have ever had. Marcella's place was heaven on earth. We couldn't think of one thing to change that would make it better. But what really made the stay for us was Marcella and her amazing staff. At every moment we felt cared for and supported. Marcella helped us with multiple outings, was extremely thoughtful, and worked hard to give us the best vacation of our lives. We cannot wait to be back. If you're coming to Belize...don't miss Marcella's place. 🙏🏼💚

We had another Airbnb canceled but it was a gift because getting to stay at Warrie Head was the best. As soon as our house to heard that we had a quick change of plans They jump to action to help us try to line up tour guides and we're extremely helpful. If you're going to be spending time in Belize on the mainland this should be your hub. Stay here and you will not regret it. You are close to major attractions and it is a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. With 700 acres, a pool, the river to swim in, and which kind host to talk to.... there was plenty to explore. Use their recommendations for tour guides and for activities. And definitely order the fish burger! it's delicious!!!! We were very sad to have to leave this beautiful resort/ hosts

We had a wonderful stay! Very peaceful on the river. Absolutely loved the pups! Jumpy came to visit us almost every time we came home. It was amazing to be able to order breakfast, drinks and snacks and so nice that water was filled for us daily! Will stay again our next time in San Ignacio!!

We rented two rooms from Micheal and they were the perfect fit for our stay in San Ignacio. We had some confusion over what we booked and Micheal was incredible helpful with navigating Airbnb and getting everything sorted out. The rooms are simple and budget friendly but there were nice extra perks like an electric kettle and fruit in the lobby. Micheal obviously takes a lot of pride in providing a good experience for his guests.

Beautiful space and serene surroundings. I had a last minute reservation for a civil wedding with a few family members, the hosts was so accommodating and wanted to make sure things were perfect for my special day. The patio was more than enough for what we needed it for, super grateful that we were given options on a space to hold a short ceremony. I would come back and stay for a few days, such a peaceful space. Also loved the cows!!

This Casita was nestled among the Roaring Rivers Golf Course. The back view overlooked a crystal clear river ready to welcome you after a long day in the sun with a lovely touch of a freshly hung hammock. Staff was absolutely incredible with a personalized welcome in the clubhouse, a note on the the pillow with fresh hibiscus flowers. This definitely set a tone for a great stay. Mini bar fully stocked, prices not listed, however, full menus for the onsite restaurant and bar (available for room service delivery) and prompt response times. Keep in mind that everything is made on request so wait times vary. Overall, this experience was wonderful. Enjoyed our getaway, played some golf and met incredible people! Thank you to everyone at RRGC! Your hospitality was wonderful.
