We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming, cosy apartment. The convenient location was within easy walking distance to Balboa Park and also the many nearby restaurants. The home is well appointed with many historical touches reminiscent of Balboa Park. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a period home in a quiet, historic neighborhood.

Very safe and quiet neighborhood easy access to freeway and easy traffic flow. The house is as shown in the photos. Outside back area is wonderful. Easy communications, Bruce always addressed texts in a timely manner. Very easy check out - just drop keys in mailbox.

This was our second time staying here and it was FANTASTIC!! We love it! Kim's place has everything we could ever want and need. Kim helped connect us with a babysitter for our two young kids so we could have a date night, which was amazing! I definitely recommend this place for anyone with kids! It has everything!

Everything we expected and more. Originally I was worried to book because all the positive reviews had been posted years prior. We stayed for a week June of 2023 and it’s wonderful. Clean, good location, everything you need. Will stay again if we’re in the area.

The house was very nice. Pool heater didn’t work, but they refunded our money To have it heated. House accommodated us very well. Nice neighborhood. And close to downtown town San Diego, shopping, attractions, and beaches. Spacious, clean and hosts were great. Full of amenities. Will definitely stay again.

A beautiful estate in the Temecula hills/De Luz Heights. Felt like a million miles away from the city but was a quick drive. Peaceful and secluded, the home has all the amenities that you would need. The highlight was the creek in the wooded backyard which was a hit with all the kids. Our stay was very comfortable and the home was located within 15 mins of Costco and restaurants and 25 mins to the heart of wine country. As expected the home has some spiders to manage. Massage chair also does not work. And the heat can be strong in the smaller rooms and weaker in the large master. But overall highly recommended and a wonderful experience.

Luan’s place was perfect for our stay. Right on the sea walk. The apartment was actually much bigger than we thought, lots of space and can’t beat the location. They were quick to respond to any questions. Would stay there again and recommend to others!

We enjoyed our stay at the Surf Nest - the house was recently remodeled and had a well equipped kitchen, board games, and even beach chairs, large beach towels and an umbrellas to use. The pool was our kids' favorite part, and Melanie had floats for guests to use and plenty of outdoor seating. It's a short walk to the beach and several restaurants, and a short drive to many of our favorite spots in PB and downtown La Jolla. Great spot for a relaxing vacation.

We had a fantastic stay here! The fire alarms were going off when we initially arrived; we let the host know and they immediately stopped by and fixed the issue! Talk about responsive! The house is in a great location and has a beautiful view of the sunset. Definitely made our family’s trip to San Diego that much more enjoyable!

My brother and I enjoyed our stay! We loved that it was gated, made us feel extra safe. The place was cute and comfortable and very clean. Host was very nice and friendly. We would definitely stay again! :)

Great little beach bungalow in an amazing location. Two blocks from old town and four blocks to the beach, you can park the car and walk to best spots. Bed is memory foam, shower is hot. Full kitchen and washer and dryer. Great way to experience Oceanside.
