LOCATION!! The view of this condo is incredible! We LOVED waking up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean crashing against the beach. Drinking our coffee on the deck looking at the people walking on the beach was the most relaxing way to start our days! The condo itself is exactly as Tamara describes and more...lovely, clean, spacious, had anything we needed during our stay, walkable to restaurants/bars/coffee, etc. We were thrilled with this find on AirBNB and would happily stay here again!! For sure recommend it to anyone visiting the San Diego area!! Thank you, Tamara!

This studio is fantastic. The photos do not do the location justice--it is VERY close to the beach. Any closer, and you'd be a house on the boardwalk with little privacy. I appreciated the details that Ginger has put into this studio--everything is labeled so you won't be wondering where anything is and she provides lots of extra that made for a stress free trip. We traveled with our 1.5 year old and loved that a pack-n-play, high chair, and children's kitchenware was provided! There's also toys appropriate for toddlers through older kids (adult boardgames too). The bunk room doesn't have a door (but this is a studio after all), but we brought a sound machine with us and there is a hallway pocket door to keep noise separate. This was our second time staying at this home in San Antonio Del Mar w/our pup. Private safe gated community w/beach access. Only 10min drive to downtown Rosarito. Very spacious with an ocean view & jacuzzi. Joel is an excellent host! Definitely recommend & look forward to staying again!

We felt right at home. The house is very clean and well appointed. Bright, right on the beach and spacious. It has a little need for updating some things, but the master bed is super comfortable, the place is super safe and Daphne is a fantastic hostess.

Monroe was great! Very professional and the place was pristine, clean, and good value for the price. I would stay there again next time I visit.

This is a very spacious, tastefully appointed condo in a nice oceanfront complex. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and the beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, towels, etc) made days at the beach a breeze!

Rick’s place was so amazing , I am definitely coming back into town just to visit his place. The pictures don’t do any justice it’s way better in person and the views to the ocean was a great experience to wake up to. Thanks for everything Rick I’ll see you soon

This spotlessly clean condo has an amazing view of the ocean. You see 180 degree ocean view, and have beach access from the bluffs, if you don’t mind the stairway. (We didn’t.) The host was very helpful and flexible. It’s remarkable to hear the surf from your condo.

Great place to stay with pleant of space and comfort. Amazing views!! Elisabeth was very responsive and acomidating. I would definetly stay again and totally recomend.

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

We loved the condo - the view was amazing! It has a large living area and super comfortable couch. The large ocean front bedroom was great - we listened to the waves all night. First time to Solana Beach - liked being able to walk to restaurants (Rustic Root), farmers market, and the dog beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Richard called us to make sure we were able to get in. The condo has electric mobile heaters - it was a bit cold/rainy for a few days, but we were able to get the area warm. We would come back!

This beach house was wonderful. It was very accessible to all areas- food, bars, entertainment. You can walk to Belmont in 7 min or go to the R in PB with a 6 minute Uber ride. The house has all great amenities. They had bikes and water equipment to use. There are 2 parking garages so it helps with big groups. Along with that, the beds are comfortable and clean! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Maria's place with our two 14- and 11-year-old kids for a week and had a perfect vacation. Maria had great recommendations and clear instructions on where to park and enter. We loved walking to Rosemont Cafe and the beach, and our favorite local dinners were at The Promiscuous Fork, The Taco Stand, and El Pescador. Beds and linens were very comfortable, and the patio was peaceful and private. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in San Diego. The location is unbeatable right on the beach with good views. There are tons of great food places within a 5-minute walk, which made it super convenient. The host was fantastic, responding quickly to any questions and even recommending some awesome food spots. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway.

Cristina’s place was wonderful! You truly feel at home from the first moment you walk in. The location is private and homely. There were times when we were the only people at the beach. Christina was super responsive at all times and met all accommodations. We will definitely be coming back!

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

This home was absolutely wonderful and spacious for me and my family I would definitely recommend this place to others as it’s such a comfortable home and it’s also very very close to the beach and has a lot to do such as Belmont walk to the pier and many other things also the host was very responsive to any concerns I had and very friendly overall me and my family had a wonderful experience and a wonderful time at this home:)

My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s place in Imperial Beach! There was some construction going on at her complex and she communicated with me before our trip and accommodated us for any inconvenience. She was very quick with responding and super friendly. The place itself is super cute! With plenty of space for everyone in our party and the 3 full bathrooms was an extra plus. The location…. AMAZING! The balcony was literally facing the Imperial Beach Pier. My partner and I actually had planned a surprise wedding which we had right in front of Nancy’s place on the beach. There’s plenty of restaurants and breweries around, in walking distance.. which was another great plus. Our favorites were Mike Hess Brewery and we went to a cute little Thai spot a few blocks away. We enjoyed our weekend at Nancy’s place and would definitely stay there again, 100%!
