Includes 1 car garage for a mid size vehicle. Although you'll not need your car during your stay because the beach is 100 feet away, plus so many great restaurants within walking distance. Just 3 miles from Sea World & 7 miles from the airport! Beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards are provided.

As of recent, new leather couches and chairs, all queen size beds (all with memory foam mattress tops), newly remodeled master bathroom, large 6-seat outdoor dining table just added, and new AC system. Within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and shops. Great vacation home or corporate housing. Please inquire about longer term, off season rates.
