Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in San Clemente de Lima

Kathy's place was fantastic. It was perfectly located in a local residential area, within walking distance to the central zone. The neighborhood is quiet at night, with a wonderful taco stand across the street. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could possibly need & more. There were lots of nice touches. The bedding & towels were high quality. Kathy was very attentive. She provided excellent directions on location & instructions on how to enter the apartment.

Casa don Pepe exceeded expectations! Main living area and all bedrooms spacious and clean, each bedroom with own ensuite and shower made it easy for our large family to live together. (5 couples- 2 with toddlers!) All services and arrangements went smoothly- with responsive host. Could not ask for lovelier ocean views!! Would love to return again:)

Our second time staying at this property. Away from the noise, on a residential street, but close enough to walk to the centro. We rented a golf cart, which was most convenient, but still would be walkable. Best late night tacos just around the corner at Toño's. The only issue to consider is the fact there is no AC. There are ceiling fans which help, but there were a couple of days that were unusually hot and uncomfortable. Jumping in the pool definitely helped though. Overall we would stay again, and would recommend others as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Olivo. It was very close to walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants in San Pancho...it also seemed a little quieter than if you were to stay right on the main drag which we appreciated. The home itself is beautiful and is as it was shown in the photos. The home is very comfortable and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This was a truly enchanting place to call home for 10 days. The private courtyard and pool made for an idyllic and relaxing retreat. Our 7-year old delighted in splashing around and cooling off in the refreshing water. Not only does the casita embody the romanticism of traditional Spanish architecture, but it is located only a few blocks from an authentic Parisian bakery, Casa Tropical (restaurant with live music most nights), a gorgeous beach, and the lively town square. We were lucky to have timed our visit to engage with the Dia de los Muertos festivities and release some baby Olive Ridley sea turtles during our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

What a beautiful home! Our group of three couples loved it so much! The house was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable. The pool and patio were wonderful. The grounds lovely. My AirBNB app was not working ( my fault, recently changed emails) so Brandi texted me to make sure all was well, by the end of our 8 night stay we had texted so much it felt almost as if we were friends. Paige, our cohost was also fantastic. Mayra came to cook us brunch, it was delicious! San Pancho was lovely! Everything was within walking distance of the casa, we walked in the mornings, spent the days on the beach and at night the town comes alive! The sunsets are amazing, the whole community comes down to the beach to see them. We even had the pleasure of seeing baby turtles being released into the sea. Recommend by Brandi. I could not recommend this more. If you are considering staying here, do it! You will not be disappointed.

Everything the reviews already said is true, specially about the friendly and amazing host. He will make everything possible to make you feel at home and have the best vacation. The place is spacious and comfortable and the garden is amazing! Location is very central but yet in a quiet street! Brasil now loves Coco house :)

Beautiful place to call home , with panoramic views from the ocean to the jungle. Bright, clean, modern space with good internet. Juan & Cristian went above and beyond to make my arrival, stay and departure seamless. They are relaxed hosts who are super responsive to guest needs. Both are experienced surfers, who can give you the low down and if your serious about learning, aim to recruit Cristian for lessons. Roughly a 10 minute walk to the heart of town, partly uphill Light sleepers, bring earplugs

Great place to stay in Versalles. Right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. Manuel was responsive and helpful!

My new favorite place to stay in PV. The unit is beautiful and clean. The building is my gorgeous. The rooftop is breathtaking but pool is not heated so too cold to swim in.

The unit at Soho is beautiful and has great views on the patio. We spent a lot of our time on the patio and on the rooftop. The rooftop has one of the best views of PV. 270 degrees of unobstructed views and the sunset is incredible. Christian and his management company were extremely responsive. There were some minor communication issues regarding check in but overall, it was great. For the views, I would definitely stay again. Some additional comments: - As of right now, you cannot bring food, water, drinks or towels up to the rooftop. Everything has to be purchased from their bar or restaurant. That may change in the future. - Soho is quite a bit of a maze to figure out how to get to your condo, what elevator to go in and how to work the elevator. Be prepared for that.There's still a bit of construction going on with the condo. - The pool is not heated- is chilly I still think this is one of the nicest condos we have stayed at and the rooftop is hands own the best part of Soho.

Ana is a nice and responsive co-host. The apartment is in a very convenient location which is walkable and close to everything. The common area of the building is kept very clean. The place is very quiet and I feel safe in the surrounding neighbourhood.

Wonderful introduction to Vallarta. High floor with great vis to the West and South Bay. Kitchen had cooling essentials upon arrival and everything functioned well. Isabelle was very good to work through some noise issues with neighbors that were partying late. Being onsite, She met with the council office to communicate or concerns. Be prepared to deal with the club noise from beach club Chicobal across the creek afternoons until 10 pm Fri-Sun. This issue is out of the control of the Venetian property and the unit owner so there is nothing they can do about it as it is approved by the local governance. Love the property and Isabelle as a traveler.

This is place is incredible. Perfect location with 24/7 security and luxurious amenities. Everything is high quality and there is an incredible attention to detail

We had a great stay at Jacob's. The condo had everything we needed, comfortable beds, etc. As noted by others, the coffee and breakfast breads on the rooftop are very nice. Then, the rooftop itself - a great place to chill out and relax, whether it is by the pool, in a hammock, or wherever. The location is nice - it is a more residential area, but that is nice because it is quiet, and you can walk anywhere you need within minutes. We spent some days at beach clubs, which was awesome, but you could also spend the whole day by the pool on the roof and love it. There are so many great restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk, it would take weeks to eat at all of them. We'll definitely be staying at Cuale again soon.

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

We had an awesome stay at this Alamar condo. The condo was super comfortable, and the views and deck were awesome! We also loved the private pool and beach club (where you could bring your own food and drinks or buy from the restaurant/bar). We can't wait to come back and stay here again! Just keep in mind that it is ideal if you have a car, as it is a short drive (or very long walk) down to the beach club. Also, the place is a bit sleepy, and while the pools are all open until 9pm, they are not very inviting at night as they are not very well lit up (and the beach club restaurant closes at 6pm sharp).
