Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Place had everything we needed except a tv. Would return & recommend.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! Kerry & Thomas’ place was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, and so well decorated with a unique style and amenities. The outdoor tub/shower and patio really elevated the experience, and we got so much use out of the grill and fire pit. All of the amenities came with clear and helpful instructions and they provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. We were able to spend time in both Joshua Tree and Palm Springs since it’s conveniently located between both. Would highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

I’ve stayed in many AirBnBs and this is one of my favoritesIt is extremely clean, organized, and uncluttered—which made me feel peaceful and helped me relax! The hosts did not miss any details. The interior decoration is beautiful and mid-century trendy. The 2 patios are so quaint and comfortable. Best of all is walking to Loma Linda University. I will be staying here again!

Perfect home away from home! Will absolutely stay again. We went skiing and it was only 50 min drive from the ski resort- we loved having a spacious quiet home to relax in after our busy days. The town of Redlands is super cute as well!

Our stay at Sandro's place was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly prompt with all of his replies, making the booking process seamless. The home had everything we needed and was very clean and well-maintained. The pool, jacuzzi, and casita were wonderful additions that made our stay extra enjoyable. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. Plenty of parking was available, and the check-in process was smooth with clear instructions from Sandro. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back in the future. Me and my family stayed here for my nephew's graduation from Mohave High School. It is a beautiful home and in a good neighborhood and river access is just down the street. We just had to bring our food to cook because everything you need is right in the wonderful stocked kitchen and there is also a grill outside which we didn't get to use for our stay. We hope to get to stay there again because we really enjoyed our stay and everything went wonderful for me and my family. We had a great family weekend at Micheal’s place. Micheal was a great host and communicated very well. The house was beautiful and felt cozy but was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. Also loved the proximity to Pioneertown and the Restaurants and shops in town.

This is our second time staying in this rental. It’s always very clean and free of clutter. Last time we stayed in winter so this was our first time staying in really hot weather and the AC kept us very cool and worked well. They added lawn games in the sunroom, those were super fun. Our kids loved that. Overall, this stay was really nice. It’s peaceful, so easy to get inside and the instructions/ communication are always very clear. Clean and comfortable!

We originally stayed at Elizabeth’s beautiful other property (Kashmir) but wanted to extend our stay an extra day. Elizabeth very kindly arranged for us to book this spot for a night so we could stay in the area longer. Although we didn’t get to spend much time there (so much to do!), we loved the home. It was thoughtfully decorated, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. We absolutely adored the porch and the outdoor shower! Despite being in a little neighborhood, the place felt very private and the views were gorgeous. We also enjoyed the local Korean restaurant — highly recommend. We would absolutely stay here again! The home is beautiful and in a convenient location. Our first choice would be Elizabeth’s other spot (Kashmir) because we loved the more secluded nature of it, but would be thrilled to be at either!

Bernadette has been nothing but amazing for our stay! She has been extremely helpful and responsive since we left Ca to head to AZ she’s accommodating and understanding when you may need to change something! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Lake Havasu City! The home was exactly what our family needed—clean, comfortable, and the perfect size with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped and came in handy for our meals. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive or walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It offered the best of both worlds: relaxation and convenience. The entire area felt safe and secure, and we truly enjoyed our time exploring and unwinding here. This place made our family trip that much more special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Anne was such a great host, you can tell they take pride in hosting and their home. Everything was very clean and easy to use. Note if you have young kids, it is upstairs and mostly all glass cups/plates lol other than that wonderful stay! 10/10 would stay again. Thank you Anne!

Great spot 2 minute drive from the bridge maybe a 10 minute walk to the bridge. Small 2 bedroom very clean. right by the pool. Only recommended update would be to add ceiling fans. We went on a week where weather was 118-120 degrees so understandable the Chiller system wouldn't be the end all be all to keep it cool. If you need noise or moving air to sleep bring a fan! other than that cool spot. Thank you for everything.

Amazing location close 3 min walk to the park and fishing pier , 2 min walk to the local corner store and pizza place ; and a 7 min drive into the town ! The house was so clean and way better in person than the photos , it’s a must stay we will definitely be coming back in the future !!
