Hotel vacation rentals in Samara Beach

We found the place charming, very clean, just as shown in the photos. The hostess welcomed us very warmly, the facilities were clean and beautiful. The apartment had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended. We are very grateful to the host and look forward to returning in the near future.

Best location; walk to everything in town/beach. Loved the pool area and Destiny cafe was the icing on the cake. Amazingggg food/smoothies/ staff. Would absolutely recommend this spot and stay here again. The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating as well.

The place is awesome! It’s got a great vide, love the pool, and it’s a short walk to the beach. The room is super clean, and comfortable. The place has a great laid back vibe. Ryan is an awesome host! He’s a big surfer and has a bunch of surfboards to rent at a great rate. He also has a quad to rent too. He’s super responsive with anything I need. A lot of the people have come back year after year here. And I am definitely coming back next year! I couldn’t recommended enough.

Great spot to crash in Santa Teresa! Walking distance to a beach entrance and one of the best areas of the beach for beginner surfers. The bungalow felt very peaceful and relaxing even in the heart of the town.

This is definitely a place to visit, the staff was very helpful and kind. The villa we stay on was amazing, you have all you need, and for us that work remotely was a good choice. To consider: 1. No restaurants around 2. The food wasn't that good, and the prices a little high. But if you have the chance to book a villa with kitchen you are all set. The room and amenities are great. 3. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away in car. 4. You would need a good Car, to get there is a "complicated" road but is doable! I would definitely come back! we loved to stay here!

Couldn’t recommend more. Fernandos El Chante Surf House provided a delightful living space and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The team at El Chante were always readily available to help, and to answer any questions we had. We throughly enjoyed our stay, and the surfing lessons that Fernando provided. Thanks again :)

This place was amazing. It’s very close to the beach, and you can walk to any restaurant or shop in the main Santa Teresa street. I totally recommend it!

It felt like your own peaceful corner of the world. Stunning views. Casita Bali was lovely, clean, and inviting. This is a more off the beaten path type place and perfect for that exact reason. Great host and communication. Hope to return.

Pension Playa Śamara is a chill, traveler friendly, hostel-like place to stay in Śamara. The staff is friendly and helpful and they list options for local tours. The included breakfast was delicious. My two teenage kids, husband and I only got to stay one night at the end of our family trip in Costa Rica, but would have enjoyed staying in Śamara longer. We were in a triple room (with 3 beds) it was comfortable and clean, although very hot until we got the A/C running to cool it down. The staff was very accommodating in allowing us to leave our rental car parked at the pension, while we enjoyed the beach after checkout time. They also allowed us to shower and use the pool before we departed. The covered patio/dining area is open-aired and completely roofed, creating a shaded, open-air place to relax, read or enjoy coffee or cold drink. There is a drink cooler with beer and soft drinks for purchase. The pool is very clean and refreshing. The overall vibe is super chill.

We have been visiting Santa Teresa for the last few years and found the location of Akwa to be perfect. Tucked off the main road, Awka is private but still close to all of the great restaurants and the beach. Eduardo is great host and responsive. The grounds of Akwa are well maintained and our room was comfortable and clean. We spent a lot of time on our private balcony overlooking Santa Teresa and the ocean (at night the stars were so beautiful and bright!) I would definitely stay at Akwa again. Thank you Eduardo! We had a wonderful trip and hope to be back soon.

A cozy place to enjoy as a family. Everything was very clean and tidy.

I was looking for a peaceful place, that's what I found. The room is spacious and tastefully furnished. The view from the terrace is beautiful. In addition, a generous, endearing host who does not count the time to make you happy. The meals were delicious and she made me a special lemonade🫶. Of course, if I go back to Guanacaste, I'll book a stay at Michaela at El Nido Rojo

Selina South in Santa Teresa is incredible! We stayed in the two floor two bed and loved the balcony to hang. Nice place to meet others but also have privacy. Food truck had the best breakfast burrito ever and the pool was nice to have. Very stylish and conveniently located down the street from the Selina North, Eat Street, and Playa Hermosa.

i went on vacation with my wife and Mrs. Shirley. We felt comfortable and cluttered with the vegetarian food I prepare for us, because in the area you can't get vegetarian options.

We had a great stay at Pachamama. The property is embedded in lush jungle with plenty of wildlife and the beautiful beaches of Mal Pais are just a very short walk away. We especially liked the dedication of the management, the ladies running the property were most helpful and full of positive energy.

Totally safe and relaxing accommodation, super quiet place, 100% privacy, Doña Julia was always very attentive, Not recommended for cars as the road is unpaved and a little in poor condition

Nancy is a super hostess! We felt right at home! The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen is super equipped, there was nothing missing. The pool area is👩🏼‍🍳 also wonderful and very quiet! 💦 The yoga sessions with Nancy were great! 🧘🏼‍♀️ Playa Hermosa is minutes by car and is very suitable for relaxing and surfing! 🏄🏼‍♀️ In the village of Santa Teresa there are mega restaurants, cafes and boutiques. ☕️🛍️ We can only recommend booking a stay at House of Shakti to everyone 😍
