Condo vacation rentals in Samara Beach

Great place. Beautiful view. It did not make a difference for us but the elevator was not working most of the time we were there. The place is on the 4th floor. I suggest confirming the elevator if you have folks in the party who don't / cannot do stairs. Again, a great place and we would gladly stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Catherine's place. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything, very easily walkable to the beach, nice restaurants, groceries, etc. The condominium is very spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The air conditioning works very well.

Staying at Las Palmeras in Stacey’s unit was an incredible experience. We were there for 6 weeks for our first extended trip with our young children. The security and staff were friendly, kind, and helpful. The others at the condo (guests and owners) were just unbeatable. My kids said they were going to miss Costa Riva because they’d miss their neighbours! The location was pretty much perfect. A short walk to the beach past a small field of cows and horses (dreamy!) an even shorter walk to a local restaurant and great little grocery store, a 10 minute walk or 2 minute golf cart ride to town. We didn’t rent their golf cart in time but I’d highly recommend you do because it really is the cheapest in town from what we saw. Oh laundry was easy too with a great place to hang your laundry if you want (they have washers and dryers too). We did do fan moving around to cool things down but at 37/38 degrees Celsius you kind of have to! Highly recommend!

A lovely little oasis located walking distance of the main downtown. Cedric was very responsive and provided a seamless experience for us. The pool and courtyard is beautiful. We loved the shared kitchen and option to utilize any of amenities as needed. Thank you for a great stay! Highly recommend.

Wonderful place, great view of ocean, close to center of Samarra

Cindry's place is a gem! The beautiful "Italian Chalet" exceeded our expectations. We loved being high up in the trees with the monkeys & birds. It felt private & peaceful. The location in town was perfect, (walking distance to beach and shops/restaurants) accommodations were spacious & comfortable, & the unit was equipped with everything we needed. Can't wait to book this special airbnb again!!

Lovely spot with a great price. We had a really fun two weeks here. It's a beautiful property with a private path to the beach. The yoga platform and pool were both so nice. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. We slept really well with a comfortable king bed, blackout curtains, and AC in the bedroom. We loved the neighborhood, in particular being able to walk to Perozah, Estrellitas, and Malacrianza for vegan food, Blue Garza for supplies, and South Guiones for sunset. Claudia was very easy to coordinate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent attention , the place is wonderful and impeccable but the most extraordinary thing was the attention of Luz super attentive of all mucjas thanks to fixed returned. Super recommended. 🩷🩵💜💙

We stayed at Carlos’ place for 10 nights and it had everything we needed. It was important to us to be able to cook our own meals and we had everything we needed to do that. It was a close to drive to everything and only took 10 minutes or so to get anywhere, location was perfect for us. The drive was easy and the place was easily accessible by car. The neighbours are very close, although we never saw them, we could hear them- but it wasn’t bothersome at all. Felt very safe and comfortable. If your looking for something that’s close to everything, is simple, safe and affordable- this is it! Also, Carlos was really great to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but had questions about places to go and things to see and he gave us SO much information that might have otherwise been hard to find on our own!

We were very happy staying at Kirsten's apartment. Being Kirsten's home meant there were all the little things that you want or need that pure rentals don't always have. There is a lovely community there and we met neighbours and made friends. Access to Tennis was great, and there are wonderful tide pools at the beach at low tide if you want calmer sea than the usual Nosara surf, which was perfect for us and our little daughter. I can't speak highly enough of Kirsten who was the perfect host, and we hope to have the opportunity to stay again. Thank you Kirsten!

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!

The Department is very nice, comfortable and super modern. It has very nice furniture and kitchen utensils. The Condominium is excellent. The pool and public place are very big and super clean. Highly recommend this place. Carolina had great and kind communication with me at all times. Very grateful for your excellent service. Very good host. Secure Volvere.

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in and definitely a highlight of our trip! You will have a perfect start into your day with a fantastic morning yoga session, followed by breakfast that you will enjoy on your balcony. The apartment is well-located, within walking distance to everything. Federica and Roberto are warm, welcoming people who support you with everything and are very responsive. The apartment is lovingly decorated and has everything you could possibly need. You feel right at home and I would definitely come back!

The condo was wonderful as was the view. The hosts were very quick to respond and were there for the check in and check out process. They were always there is we needed any problem dealt with in the condo.

Very nice and unfortunately too short a stay. The place is very well located, quiet and close to the sea and at the same time a few minutes' walk from the center. Clearly communicated check-in and check-out formalities. All the necessary amenities were available including towels for the pool, which was really appreciated and used! I highly recommend this listing!

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

What a beautiful location! Quiet and inviting, surrounded by greenery and trees, on the edge of a stunning pool (with bonus salt). A large apartment with 3 bathrooms and as a bonus, the showers and bath were in an alcove outside the bathrooms. It is frankly original and above all fantastic to shower while smelling of salty air. A plus for the apartments on the ground floor. The sea was a 5-minute walk away and even though the grocery store was a little far (20 minutes walk), the host offered to bring us there and help us do our grocery store. Excellent service. I recommend it to anyone who wants calm and rest.
