House vacation rentals in Samana Bay

Marte's family house is a great place to spend the weekend and or any type of holiday. the house is spacious, and well ventilated, lots of light, the house is not too big, but perfect for 10-12 people. the pool is a great plus, to relax and to cool off. i really recommend this place for family and or friends. recommend, and 5 stars!

Excellent stay, the house is super spacious and just as in the photos, Fred is a 10/10. The only thing that is recommended is that you read the pdf that he sends you so that you don't get any surprises. But it's definitely a 5-star stay

It was a weekend with my friends, we had a great time. The house is beautiful and is very private. Super close to restaurants and beach area. Jennifer was super responsive and flexible. And the truth is we were treated super well. I hope to come back soon

Everything was great,from the villa to the location. Very close to the beach. 3 minutes walk to Playa Bonita. The villa is very nice and large. Very nice host. We very much enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful new house, well-equipped, very nice private pool. Mattresses are comfortable with good bedding, plenty of storage in the bedrooms. Katrin is an amazing host, very involved with a great desire to help. She was able to answer all our questions and in a super fast way, thank you very much. The house is in the countryside but only a few minutes from the city and its beautiful beaches. We often expected dogs to bark because in the Dominican Republic there is a canine overpopulation, but not enough to not have enjoyed our trip.

wonderful home secluded up a hill. Last house out of only 3 behind a secured gate. we didn't want to leave the last day. so peaceful and beautiful. watch the stars at night in the terrace and hang out in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean and the mountains. Great experience

Perla was an amazing host!!! Could give her more than 5 stars. Aside from helping us out to navigate the area, she also helped us find activities, assist with set ups such as the romantic beach dinner, room decorating she was amazing. Anytime there was a question or some type of assistance needed she was always there to assist. The villa looks as beautiful as the photos!!! It was super peaceful, so private, so welcoming and clean. I would definitely come back and for sure recommend it to others I know !

It was a good stay, in the town of Las Terrenas, has Las Ballenas beach just in front of the alley where you get to the house/residence, as well as a lot of places nearby. I didn’t like very much that it’s not a street, but an alley. Overall, a good option for 6 or less people, for the price and quality of the house. :)

Don’s place is a must. Between the outstanding hospitality they will provide and the beauty of the place you have everything you need for a quiet and enjoyable vacation.

The Villa is BEAUTIFUL just like the photos but even better in person. Richard was great and so was Upu…Upu was excellent. My family and I had a great time, looking forward to returning.

This home is an absolute paradise. Wake up to views of the bay, then take a dip in the pool overlooking it. Hammocks are placed for sun and shade enjoyment. The beds are incredibly comfortable for quick and restful sleep, and the water pressure is fantastic. I loved wandering the hillside to see all the different fruit trees, doing yoga on one of the grassy terraces, and lounging in a chaise lounge by the pool. Here you are tucked away from the world in your own Dominican paradise. Lindsay is a wonderful and accessible host. I cannot wait to return.

Amber was very responsive and helpful during our week's stay, making recommendations for t tour guides and answering any questions. The villa was lovely, steps to a pool and very peaceful. Ideal for families with teens, who got the downstairs bedroom. The complex was very safe and secure.

The stay was amazing. Everything was perfect. The house is amazingly furbished and so cozy. Juan and Lolo are very kind and always available. Overall, one of the best stays ever! Highly recommend!

Rick is excellent host, taking care of his hosts. Very responsive and kind. We had Little issue with air conditionned and we had his man to repair it very quickly. The place is very nice, in a very peaceful area close to everything in LT and I can say it as we be been in a few places around already ! We’ll be back !

my favorite house I've ever rented for myself. I would buy it if it were for sale, that's how much I love it. this was my third stay and it's always wonderful. give Jesse (the doberman) and the other dogs love and pets! 😁

The place was as described. Through the Electricity Bill was not specified, it was reasonable though. You have to take a picture of the readings when you arrive and before you leave and calculate the amount based on the current rate set by the power company. That's a separate payment, understable but must be specified with an up to date tariff for others who come to know. Other than that, the personnel was top notch. Helpful from beginning to end. I will visit again in the near future.

We came here for a family reunion and had the most unforgettable week. The house had three sweets each with a king bed and an additional twin bed. The bathroom was really spacious and the showers were equipped with reasonable water, pressure and hot water. There was one room w 2 twin beds. There is a living room upstairs and a living room downstairs as well. This made it very comfortable for us to all have our own space. At one point the air conditioning wasn’t so great inside the bedroom, but we let the post know and within a couple of hours so we somebody at the house helping us. Every other day we had fresh towels and they came and change the sheets once during our weeklong stay. We hired a housekeeper, so it was really comfortable for us throughout our stay and we didn’t have to do any of the cooking and cleaning. I highly suggest it however, if you do want to eat out for dinner, there are a few restaurants walking distance from the house that are really yummy.

Casa Phil is absolutely stunning. The open-air design and panoramic views were breathtaking, and we never tired of them. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we could need. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into town. The true highlights of our stay, however, were Jackie and Esmeralda. Jackie’s cooking was phenomenal; she prepared the most delicious Dominican dishes, and every dinner was better than the last. She also recommended an incredible restaurant for us one evening. Carlos was also fantastic—responsive to any need or issue and went above and beyond by helping us arrange airport transportation. Their care and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable.

Jennifer's place is beautifully designed and cozy at the same time. We felt right at home and loved sitting outside by the pool, listening to nature sounds. Dora prepared delicious meals and was wonderful to be around. As a host, Jennifer is very responsive and gave us a lot of local tips. Would definitely stay here again should I visit El Limon again!

Clemente is just amazing. He really makes you feel like you are home. Everything about our stay was perfect. He made amazing recommendations from where we could eat and what beaches we could go and enjoy. He really does everything so you can have a unique experience. The view of the ocean from everywhere you are in the house is priceless. The master bedroom is perfect, you can see the ocean, enjoy a meal or coffee looking at the ocean is priceless. I have stayed in other places with Ocean view, but this is by far the best one I have stayed. Definitely coming back Thank you Clemente for everything you did for our group, we are all very grateful

This is my second stay at Mirazul. absolutely wonderful stay with a stunning panoramic view of Las Terranas. The accommodations with Gesner was top notch. This stay is definitely one of my top 5 places. Thanks again Joseph and Gesner you guys were awesome.
