We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, modern, convenient house. Manuel was a truly great host - friendly, communicative, and prompt to respond to any issue. I really appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find the house and get inside. We loved the small plunge pool/ hot tub, as well as the roof terrace, and the location was great for walking to lots of restaurants and shops in the colonial zone. Thank you for a great stay in Santo Domingo!

anauris house was perfect for my 5 day getaway , quite area house was very nice alot of space ,very clean , she answered quick anytime I needed anything. pictures didn't do it justice it was way better in person . over all very good experience def would rent again when I head back home..

Beautiful and huge house, fully equipped. Also fresh due to the high ceilings. Easy checkin and checkout. My family loved to hang out in the patio having coffee. The hosts were super responsive and attentive. Recommended!

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

I've stayed in the Zona Colonial district dozens of times. This is the best location, the best accommodations, the best value, and the best owner. Request to rent! There's a colmado, convenience store, 10 seconds walk out the door. When the neighborhood lost power, the back-up power system turned on in the house and we were thrilled. Stop searching.....

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Casa de Juanchy! The home was beautiful and we really appreciated all the amenities, especially the AC in the hot weather. The home is located in La Zona Colonial (Colonial City) and is extremely walkable and easy to get around. Down our street was a small market for quick necessities and a Dominican breakfast spot. El Conde hosts a strip of restaurants, stores, shops and was under a 5 minute walk. We will absolutely stay here again during my future visits. The only con of this visit was having to leave lol. Daniel's home felt like home away from home. It's cozy, really well equipped with what you need for your stay, and the backyard is amazing to spend days in especially with such hot weather. the location is also very centric and easy to get to places. Daniel was super responsive always and provided clear helpful instructions
