Beach house vacation rentals in Punta Cana

We spent an entire month at Todd's place for our work retreat and it was absolutely perfect. The unit is new, nice, clean and well laid out. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was a huge plus. The air conditioning was strong and located in each room. The furnishings were tasteful and the kitchen was well stocked. I love that there was a water cooler with lots of water, and it was easy to order more when we ran out. The gated community was safe and pleasant. We spent some time in the pool and I loved having my coffee at the gazebo in the mornings. It's a close walk to the main strip so you can easily get to the beach. We spent a lot of time at Dalia's coffee shop:) Highly recommend.

Awesome place, Pat is a great host, good team, great Manager Greg. Driver was nice, picked us at the airport, even took us grocery shopping. Pat has a comprehensive hospitality package that was really helpful. Felt at home. Our group enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The place was very comfortable, and Anarelys was very communicative and good about responding to questions. Importantly, too, the Punta Cana area can be very hot, and it was great that her place had well functioning multi-zone air conditioning. I thought that the locale would be much closer to PUJ or Punta Cana Village given the original map shown for the listing. However, the location is actually in Bávaro. It would have been good to know more about the precise location of the property prior to booking as it is a bit far from Punta Cana proper, so you would most likely need a rental car. However, I have no regrets about renting the property and would happily do so again. Thanks, Anarelys, for a comfortable stay!

Right from the moment we got into the house we felt right at home. Perfect place for the family stay. Home is well furnished with everything that is needed in day to day activities. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped with everything that is needed. The beach is literally few steps away from the door, and yet backyard and outdoor space of the house is well protected from the ocean winds. Maria is always available to help with any questions about the house and everything that you might need during your stay! Highly recommend!!! Thank for the great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my birthday, and the house exceeded our expectations. We hired a private chef recommended by Maksym, who prepared an incredible birthday brunch. The house felt like home with spacious bedrooms, large closets, and great privacy. Kemberly, our housekeeper, was friendly and helpful. The only issue was difficulty with Uber pickups due to access restrictions at the front gate and a language barrier when calling the front gate directly, causing redirection. However, Uber Eats had no problems. We also found a fantastic private driver, Francisco, who accommodated our group of 6 for pick up and drop off to excursions and restaurant trips. You can reach him at +1 eight zero nine - nine six three - zero zero one zero. He speaks English and made our experience even better, even playing our favorite music during pickups. Maksym was also kind enough to offer early and late check-out, which made travel much easier. Will definitely book again!

Excellent stay for my wife’s 40th birthday surprise vacation. Nomar and staff were great and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs and requests. Would stay again.

Good place for the price we paid. The extras were a bit expensive but it worked out okay.

The house was great. Having a private pool was even better. It has everything you need and more. I will be booking again in the future.

Place was exactly as described. An appliance was out of order, shower head in one of the bathrooms was faulty, but all in all, was a great experience and great location
