Exceptional Stay in a Welcoming Home Our recent stay in Joana's Airbnb was fantastic! Joana was a wonderful host, responding promptly to every message and request. Her friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. The house was exactly as described, with the thoughtful addition of toiletries. The secured community provided peace of mind, especially with kids. The kids had a blast playing in the pool and exploring the neighborhood. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's the perfect place to relax and create lasting memories.

The host was quickly responsive for what we request. The house was clean and tidy. Spacious room and the bathroom was amazingly clean too. Very convenient how we enter to the door. Super easy to access to find the place, also i love how close the house to the airport, malls and other good activities for touring in Davao City. There are many things I love in Rhojen's place. First, the location is accessible to public transportation. There is also a fresh market outside the subdivison so buying food to cook is easy. Second, the house is situated in a safe, guarded and relatively peaceful neighborhood. The place itself is gated which gives added security. Third, there is a covered garage. This is one of the main reasons why I chose this place. Fourth, it has almost all the essentials like airconditioned room, kitchen appliances (except for refrigerator) and cookware/utensils, basic ingredients for cooking and a comfy sofa. There were minor repairs needed in the bathroom but all else is good and functional. Last but not the least, the host and his wife are friendly and responsive. Eventhough we didn't meet personally, they were nice and warm in welcoming us into their home. Overall, this place is value for money given its affordability and features. It is definitely a home away from home. Thank you Sir Rhojen!

We are so happy that we found this place and that it exceeded our expectations! The place itself was clean and very spacious - perfect for big groups. It was also located in a peaceful area and was near to establishments. Take note that this place is on the 2nd floor of their house. They were very respectful (the caretakers don't come up unless you need something) and we definitely enjoyed our stay! Thank you Ms. Cora for accommodating us!

The place was amazing, very clean and had a good space for big families to hangout with. Mr. Bryan was very responsive, when we needed help for some things, he was very prompt and literally one text away. The place was the perfect spot for our little getaway. The place looked exactly like the pics – super cozy and stylish. The hosts were super chill and easy to communicate with. The apartment had everything we needed: a comfy bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a little balcony with a killer view. We spent hours just chilling there, sipping coffee and watching the world go by. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing escape.

This was my first trip to the Philippines. Graham's cozy condo was a perfect choice for me. Graham always answered when I asked for help on anything. The condo is just in the perfect location. There are a ton of small secret places just outside. The local people were super friendly and the food was amazing. Getting around was super easy. and I tried to go to all of Grahams recommendations for local things to do. I will be rebooting with him in the future. Can't wait for my next trip. Absolutely an amazing host and an amazing place to stay while in the Philippines. Thank you so much Graham!!!!!

The place is so cozy, what you see from the photos are all true. We truly enjoyed our stay plus the owner is very responsive. all you need to bring is your essentials. What I like the best is the kitchen and the very comfortable bed. Truly a must try place 💖

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Liezl was always quick to respond and helpful when we needed guidance. The bed was very comfortable. Everything you need for cooking. We feel safe in this area and grocery store 8 minutes drive by taxi and street market 8 minutes walk. Thank You, Liezel.

Ms. Glenda is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and is quick to answer our queries. The caretaker, Ate Neri, is always readily available to assist us. The house is warm and cozy. It has its own private access to the beach. We had a great time. :)
