Sir Roland was a great host, always made us feel right at home and if we had any needs. Sir Roland is a very polite and quick to respond if you had any extra needs. I always felt very safe on the premises. Guards are also very polite and welcoming and very professional. I would recommend his place and will stay again in near future. thanks again Sir Roland.

Galina’s place was very well presented. Her thoughtfulness— preparing a welcome basket with her guest name on it, was very nice. We love the aesthetics and the ambiance of the place too. Should an opportunity or a reason to travel to Davao come up, I will definitely stay at her place again.

Maam Richel was very responsive, Instructions were very clear. Its just that the hot shower was not available during our stay and they do not have iron for clothes, but nevertheless, our stay was very comfortable.

I stayed at Ernels place for 8 nights and really enjoyed the place. Ernel is very responsive and helpful. The room is exactly as described and very clean. Security is excellent as is expected at a condo in Davao. I would happily stay again.

I originally planned to stay just one night at this condo unit, but I loved it so much that I decided to extend my stay for another night! Everything about this place was perfect—the room is clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. I had a wonderful stay at Mira's place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – close to Malls and resto, and Ma'am Mira was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. They provided great recommendations for local spots, and we truly felt at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you stay here make sure you wake up once during the crack of dawn to see the sun rise over Samal island that is visible from tha balcony, the clouds turn the sky into a vibrant red and you will never see a sunrise like that again! aside from that, everything was well kept. Gloria was able to help asap when I locked my keys in the apartment that completely my fault! I'm so glad cause it could have take alot longer if it were other host. I recommend it whole heartedly!

The host was super kind, easy to reach and always responding fast. Host was very flexible with Check In as well. Caretaker was very kind as well and offered several times to clean and change bedsheet. The appartement was very clean, private and safe. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The place was great, the same as described and the photos were actual and updated. Novee was responsive to our queries and concerns. The surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The view from the balcony was beautiful, especially in the afternoon and night.
