I stayed for 4 nights with my wife and 8 month old daughter. The place is clean, all the listed amenities were available which made the stay feel like home. The neighbourhood is calm and peaceful, yet a short drive to most beaches and the city. Supermarkets, restaurants and a Mall is there at walkable distance. The apartments is designed in such a way that we can't hear any sound from neighbours, it felt so private, after three days only we found there are people in adjacent apartments, we thought it was vacant. Highly recommended if you are looking for private peaceful stay.

Amazing place. The place looks exactly like in the images. It truly feels like home. When compared to other places which only offer a stove and cooker as kitchenware, this place has everything one needs for a fully functional kitchen. The location is peaceful - away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Overall a 10/10 in every aspect

A one of a kind experience in a Goan-Portuguese heritage Villa. Suraj has been super helpful and a kind host. The caretaker Sudarshan is always around to help with anything you might need. The space has been maintained properly with aesthetic interiors. All the basic facilities for a short/long stay are present making you feel right at home. We arrived during Christmas season & the property was thoughtfully decorated with lights and Christmas ornamentation. It brought us into the festive mood right away. We entered the house and found a huge fresh fruit basket waiting for us. Later Suraj also surprised us with cakes, biscuits & more goodies. I could go on and on about the wonderful experiences we had throughout our stay. If you get a chance to, immediately book the place!!
