We had the best time staying at Mollies, the house was perfect and so well interior designed. Loved all the art and homely feel. Great beds, can’t complain at all. Mollie was also so helpful with every step of the process.

Bradford-on-Avon is a lovely town to stay in and to explore, and is also a great location to stay to access Bath. This house is so close to the British Rail station that we were able to use the train as a 10 minute shuffle service and avoid the hassle of Bath traffic and car parking.

Beautiful house and gardens, we came as a group of 14 extended family and didn't feel on top of each other at all - lots of space to spread out and come together. Kitchen very well equipped for large groups with plenty of crockery, cutlery etc and large pans suitable for the group - it's amazing how often that's not the case!

We had a great stay at Julia’s lovely cottage. It was my parents first time visiting the Cotswolds and the location around Brimscombe/Stroud really lends itself as a great base to adventure out from. The house itself was very well equipped and really had everything you would need for a country escape

My 2 friends and I loved our stay. It was a shame it was only for one day. The amenities were great, with good use of space downstairs. The addition of breakfast was brilliant. A nice selection of cereals, croissants and preserves, a little oven to warm them in, tea and coffee facilities upstairs and down. Lovely bathroom with separate shower and 2 double bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The bigger bedroom has a little seating area perfect for socialising. We're going back next year xx

We loved our stay in Bath. We loved the house and it was very convenient with parking outside and a park nearby. The beds were very comfortable and lots of downstairs space.

We stayed for 2 nights with 5 couples and 2 dogs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The place was full of character, comfortable and warm. Samantha was very helpful, kind and proactive and always quick to respond. we all had a fabulous stay.

We had a lovely time at the annexe, lots to do in the area and Nikki provided lots of helpful suggestions of dog friendly pubs etc.

We were 8 adults and 3 young children and we had a great stay. Ann was a great host and really helpful with everything. Would 100% recommend. Lots of amenities and everything is really well thought out and done.

Lovely peaceful cottage with all the amenities you could need. Very relaxing. Sitting out on the balcony with views of the lake was the perfect switch off needed. Beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could need. Small gestures like supplying shampoo, hairdryers etc helps the ease of packing. Nice touches with the board games too. Communication with Chris and Alexandra was effective and fast. Very friendly. The estate this is on makes this place suitable for families as well as couples. We used the outdoor pool, tennis courts, football pitch and sat in the resturant for a coffee but the beauty of this place is the cottage is tucked away from it all so if you want to switch off from it all you can. We took a 40 minute walk into Ashton Keynes following the Thames trail. Very easy to find and follow. Thank you Chris and Alexandra. We will be recommending to others.

Excellent instructions to find the property. House was clean and comfortable. There was sufficient plates, cups, glasses, etc for the number of people stating in the house, plus a large pan for cooking. The children who were part of the group appreciated the toys on the property. The park was quiet and well maintained. We would definitely consider staying here again for a family get together

A beautiful little place, in a beautiful little spot. We found a cute welcome basket on the table with a welcome pack and snacks. It’s very clean and tidy, with lovely decor. A good selection of additional amenities; great selection of books & games! The hot tub was a fantastic addition too! The garden area was very secure, which was a relief as we had our dog with us - he loved the place too! Lots to do, not too far of a drive to get to so many different places! The hosts were lovely, welcoming us as we arrived & gave clear instructions on how to find the property. I would highly recommend this little hideaway, and will definitely book again if we come back to the area! Thank you Gemma & Roly! :)

My family and I had a lovely one night stay here. With our dog also which was great. Lovely little spot. Had dinner at the local pub just a minutes walk away. Had fun in the pool. Such a lovely find. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. It’s so close to the Tor and a short drive or 30 min walk into town. We were greeted by Tamsin on arrival and provided with little treats such as eggs, apple juice and milk. Thank you Tamsin, well can’t wait to visit again soon.

I booked this 3 night stay to spend time with my family and our two Labradors for my 50th birthday. Victoria had ensured my 50 was well advertised and I felt very special with a lovely message and welcome pack. I really couldn’t ask for anywhere better!!!! The house had everything provided. Our water babies (dogs) made amazing lake walks very special. The swimming pool and facilities were lovely and clean and warm. We were extremely lucky to have sunny days for February and throughly enjoyed chilling out and making the best of the sunny front patio area watching the wildlife and taking in the peace and beauty ❤️ and thank you Victoria for your fabulous communication x

Stop looking at reviews and just book this stay!!! Fantastic place and a fantastic host. Penny was very helpful and great communication. Also if the option is given, I would recommend the breakfast as well by Richard, who is also a fantastic gent. The entrance to the estate could be tricky to spot, especially in the dark as the airbnb directions put the Google maps pin about 100 yards away, but look for the lane that goes down the long road if you’re following the maps and it’s then easy to see. Charming location and great for walks around the area. I’m sure we’ll be back again someday soon. Thank you

Lovely little place - compact and perfectly formed ! Amanda was a brilliant host and went above and beyond to make sure my stay here with my two cockerpoos was as comfortable as possible. Little treats were left including beautiful fresh flowers. Very well equipped, clean modern kitchen. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, the bedding was of good quality as were the towels. Powerful hot shower in a lovely little bathroom added to my fabulous experience in staying at Joes place. Two lovely pubs in the village and lots of cute walks to tire out the pups ! A perfect location for our short break in Somerset with 2 dogs. The villa is quirky, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lots of space for families with a beautiful garden, sun room and great kitchen. Lovely walks nearby and we walked to the local restaurant the first evening for a takeaway. Took a total of 8 mins there and back! A great base for visiting the Mendips, Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury and Blagdon. A stones throw from Wookey Hole also, although we didn’t visit this time. I would really recommend this beautiful place. If you want to either kick back and relax, or walk and walk and walk - then this is the place for you. Thank you so much. We had a lovely 1 night stay in Woody. Jackie met us on arrival and couldn't have been more informative, helping us with how to use the appliances etc. It is a perfect place for a rest away from the city and such a cosy stay, with beautiful views. We would come back here in a heartbeat! Thank you.

Honeysuckle lodge was great location for the RSPB locations close by and meals out, ezploring the area. Accomodation very clean and everything we needed. Quiet location. Appreciated the complementary eggs ( and brief visit from chicken outside) and milk. Throughout the planning of my trip, James and Liz were very helpful, guiding us with prompt responses. During the stay they were friendly and very approachable, making my mini holiday relaxing and a pleasure- thankyou!

Can’t fault it at all. Had a few things whilst on the stay which we had to raise with the hosts but they were responsive and responsible. Lovely views, and the atmosphere was great. Would gladly stay again.

Outstanding! The Three Lions Mews Cottage was just perfect for us - a couple and one friendly labradoodle. We felt right at home as soon as we were in. Jo’s kitted the place out with everything you need. The living dining and kitchen space is great, and the bed was so comfy. The bathroom is small but perfectly formed with a great rainfall shower. It just felt like a very restful, private little home away from home. And Holt is great - fab walks, great pubs, countryside on your doorstep and Bradford on Avon, Frome and Bath just a hop, skip and jump away and whatever you fancy doing Jo’s listed all the best places to go see, for food and activities. You can’t go wrong with this place if you fancy a stay in this part of the world. Thanks Jo! Cheers Paul
