Vacation rentals with a patio in Saltburn-by-the-Sea

Niall is a very welcoming and friendly host. His property is located in a peaceful and picturesque location and affords lovely views across the valley. The property was clean and tidy and Niall thoughtfully left eggs and milk for us on arrival. Village train station very close by, and Whitby is within walking distance (for keen ramblers). All good!

Lauren was a lovely host and met all our needs and expectations. Nothing was too much. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Had a lovely week and accommodation was great. Lovely views across the bay and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also new kittiwake tower has been built - very impressive and birds already nesting there.

Always nice to stay here. With family in the area, an ideal quiet place. Not far from the town and beach - all walkable.

Great stay, ideal location especially as it came with a parking spot. Clear instructions to find the apartment. Extremely spacious, with plenty of storage. Well placed for exploring the local area, including into the town centre and the shops. The hosts were extremely responsive with any questions that we had. Overall, fantastic stay.

Mark Was very responsive. We were visiting relatives during Christmas break, the property was beautiful and suited our needs exactly very comfortable and lots of space for us. We would definitely book again on our next visit.

Fantastic little stay, house was easy to find and instructions on everything was clear. Nice quiet area and the house was lovely, Jenny was a massive help and quick to reply.

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

We had a lovely short break. The cottage is located perfectly for visits to the coast and local towns and villages. The courtyard garden was secure for the dog and lovely to sit in the sunshine. The cottage had everything we needed and Adrian was really helpful. Thank you for having us.

Chris was a great host, easy communication, property was as described along with easy access. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to stay in the area.

The Sezanne Suite is an absolute gem of a place! Perfect location with wonderful seaviews, something which we were all craving! The apartment itself is so beautiful - very boutique and luxurious feeling. Spacious and just a lovely feel about it, my family and I didn't want to leave. Paula the host is a diamond too - so responsive and helpful. She will go above and beyond in offering assistance if needed. Her Sezanne Suite brochure is something to behold (as is the Bugatti kettle!!) I would recommend Paula's holiday home to anyone.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Whitby. Perfect location for accessing everything in the town.

Had a very peaceful and relaxing one night stay at Michael's place, unfortunately it was for work purposes but the village and surroundings looked beautiful and we definitely would have liked to have spent longer exploring. The flat is very peaceful and comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfy, WiFi was great (I was working so that really helped), kitchen was well equipped and the view of the sea from the window was lovely!

Lee was fantastic at helping with my queries. The location was spot on for where I needed to be. Would stay again for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Val's place. it is cosy, and clean and had everything we needed. The location is fab, with lovely bars and cafes just a short walk away, and a beautiful view of the sea in the other direction. Just perfect. We would recommend this place, and we'd certainly love to stay again ❤️

Our family stayed for 3 nights the apartment was extremely clean and tidy, presented beautifully, the kitchen very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The property is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The apartment is close to Whitby, Staithes, Saltburn. There is a Coop local just across the road which is very handy . Although the property comes with no parking there is a free car park just across the street for residents parking . We would certainly return the only downside for our family was the tv in the lounge had no terrestrial channels at all so we had to stream live tv from our iPad to the TV and on weekend nights there is loud music close by which plays till around 11. But as I say that being said we would return for sure .
