Monthly Rentals in Salines de Grand'Case

The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We liked being located in the quiet part of town, yet very close to all of the restaurants. Jamal was very responsive and easy to work with.

Location was walkable to the beach to many shops and restaurants. Leo also provided coffee, tea and chocolate. It was a great week.

A fabulous stay at Lars’ apartment. Location was superb overlooking the sea and the wide sweep of Orient Bay. Swimming pool was fantastic (and deserted), a convenience store and pizzeria on the premises with great supermarket, deli and shopping a 5 minute drive away. The apartment was everything we needed it to be, very well equipped and comfortably air conditioned. We will definitely be back to St Maarten and will stay at Lars’ place again if it is free.

Excellent stay in a very pleasant studio. Very clean and very nicely decorated we had a lovely stay. The owner is very attentive and provided us with all the necessary information before arrival. A perfect and well-equipped setting. Nothing to say except that I recommend it!
