Monthly Rentals in Salines de Grand'Case

Great location and great hosts! If you want a off-resort experience and access to great local restaurants and walkability, this is a great place to be! The parking was fine, free on the street and we were mostly always able to find a space. If there was no street parking, there is a lot across the street. Safe and secure and the beach is across the street. The evenings we didn't eat at one of the MANY great restaurants or Lolos on the street, we sat on our street facing balcony and watched people walk and enjoy their evenings. We loved the location plus the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Chantal is an excellent host and we found her place perfect for our needs. The pool was amazing. Literally steps from the beach and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We are definitely looking forward to going back!

A fabulous stay at Lars’ apartment. Location was superb overlooking the sea and the wide sweep of Orient Bay. Swimming pool was fantastic (and deserted), a convenience store and pizzeria on the premises with great supermarket, deli and shopping a 5 minute drive away. The apartment was everything we needed it to be, very well equipped and comfortably air conditioned. We will definitely be back to St Maarten and will stay at Lars’ place again if it is free.

Excellent stay in a very pleasant studio. Very clean and very nicely decorated we had a lovely stay. The owner is very attentive and provided us with all the necessary information before arrival. A perfect and well-equipped setting. Nothing to say except that I recommend it!
