Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Salinas

This beautiful home was so comfy and welcoming. The backyard was beyond peaceful and relaxing. Steps from the beach and you could hear the ocean waves while unwinding in the back deck hot tub. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Our little family had an amazing weekend here, we will be back as many times as we can.

Two families with 2 littles kids each (3-8yo) stayed there and it was perfect for us. The house is very spacious, perfect for the 8 of us. Nearby Boardwalk and other fun locations to enjoy with the kids. We picked some tomatoes and a couple of asian pears for breakfast and they were delicious. The kitchen is very well provisioned with lots of utensils and condiments that made our meals much better. Thank you Sun and family! I was a little bit scared with the almost 3 years old when I read some reviews, but he did great. He was interested in some National Geographic books in the living room and I hope we put them back in the right place :) looking forward to come back in the future.

Erin’s place was perfect for our family. It is very comfortable, had amazing amenities (bikes, games, hot tub, nice backyard for the kids, tv, etc), easy parking, and the location is right where we love to be. I would move in if I could 😁

Very cute and spacious house. Kitchen was amazing to cook in and the outdoor space was great to hang out in after a long day of exploring Santa Cruz. The location is great with coffee shops, Capitola Village, and beaches within walking distance.

We had a fabulous stay at Ali’s home. The house is charming and very quiet and peaceful, all while being within an easy walk of fabulous restaurants and downtown. We absolutely recommend booking this house.

Nathan was great to deal with. He responded very quickly and was very helpful of anything that was asked. The home was very spacious, clean and accommodating. Also, the home is located right in the middle of all the amenities that the area has to offer. I would book a stay with Nathan again.

Our family truly enjoyed the cozy ambiance of this home during our recent trip. The comfortable furnishings and thoughtful amenities made it a perfect space for relaxing and connecting. Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

The home was clean and very spacious. I was concerned about the cold weather but the house was so cozy. The pool was so close to us and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful. I loved that the home was so close to the water and we could hear the waves crashing. Everything about the home was amazing.

A minor issue with our original reservation was quickly resolved by the PowerWest Team. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a perfect trip. The unit is a beautiful, well equipped condo with spectacular ocean front views. We will definitely visit again and stay with PowerWest.

We've been coming to Seascape for over 20 years now and this was one of the better locations for our family. It had grass access and beautiful ocean views. The kids loved the little seating area. Overall the location and space was everything we needed and more.

What a gem! We had a wonderful time at Steve’s house. The house is beautiful, functional and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The property itself was incredible - private and peaceful with many activities for kids (and adults). The house is also ideally located close to downtown Los Gatos. Quick and kind responses from our host. We will definitely try and stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The description and pictures were accurate. The resort overall was well maintained. The resort is enormous and this villa is on the South Bluff. It is further away from the beach access and the main building, but we preferred this south location because the pool area is much better than the other two on the property, and near the park. Power West was responsive to all inquiries. Check in/out was a breeze. We hope to be back.

The home was exactly as advertised, very comfortable for two families of four, lots of seating area and places to hang out. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Santa Cruz beach and downtown all a very short drive away and loved their instructions and helpful hints on how to experience the town.

This Hacienda was located on top of the Santa Cruz Mountains and was so majestic, peaceful and breathtaking. The house is welcoming and beautifully decorated. The view was incredible, watching the clouds and marine layer blanket over the trees. Each bedroom had comfy beds. Kitchen stock well with everything you need. Bathrooms clean. Heated floors were a nice touch. Sitting outside on various patio levels was magical. Felt like I was at retreat. Lisa was quick to respond. Our family loved staying here and getting away from city noise and hustle bustle. Thank you Lisa and Chris for sharing your home. This place is a real gem.

Beautiful oceanfront location right across the street from the ocean and surfers on the waves. Active and busy ocean trail along the coast right across the street. Close to local essentials shopping and Capitola with many eclectic little shops.

This place was gorgeous! It had everything we needed. The area is quiet and the sunsets are amazing! We highly recommend staying here. Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had, and he gave excellent directions to get to the property. We would definitely stay again.

The place was beautiful & serene. Exactly what I was looking for - a getaway where I could just disconnect and relax. Sarah’s guidebook was a great help in finding things to do and the local places recommended by Matthew were delicious. The cabin had everything I needed, and there was plenty of room for my dog to roam outside and explore. Although not exactly sea side - I didn’t mind the drive to the beach, and the location allows for privacy while still being close enough to city to go do things. They were wonderful hosts who checked in on me often, I would definitely come back here again!

Spent 3 days in the amazing peaceful cottage and exploring nearby Big Sur. The cottage is exactly as depicted in the photos and description. The hot tub was awesome to experience in the stormy weather. The kitchen has everything you could need. Well appointed and everything was clean! Loved the hikes on the property and if it wasn’t so cold we would’ve spent more time sitting in the redwood forest or up on the lookout trail. Highly recommend this spot if in the Carmel/Big Sur area. Andrew was very responsive and helpful and gave clear instructions and made everything super easy for our stay!

Emkay was very nice and very helpful. their property is a dream. would definitely stay again and plan to infact. well priced for the offer of what's available. had a few activities. would recommend for a summer time vacation but winter suits this place as well. has ones own share of privacy most definitely.
