This apartment was exactly as listed! Beautiful view with small porch that had a small table perfect for a romantic dinner. Surrounding area has a lot of food options and a local saloon downstairs. Walking distance to the mission. Cara was very responsive when it came to asking any questions. I would definitely recommend this location. 10/10 stay!

We had such a great time!! The property was super clean. Jaime was very responsive. She had something we needed under an hour delivered to the front door! The area was cool, walkable & safe, lots of restaurants, ocean just a couple of blocks away, and lots of local artisan shops to visit. The property looked like the pictures and two big windows that brought the sunlight in was really nice , too. Very nice vibes here. We will be back!

Had a great time at Leos' place! Pretty short drive to cannery row but in a quiet neighbourhood. The place was great with lots of art which we loved. Walkable distance to Monterey state beach!

This cool studio's location is second to none in the heart of beautiful Pacific Grove. Walkable to everything from the Lighthouse Theater, the beach, grocery stores, great restaurants and shops. The location simply can't be beat. Fantastic place for anyone who wants a truly unique aesthetic experience as well as all the convenient amenities provided by the host's wonderful taste and attention to detail. Sarah was easy to reach and communicative at all times. Highly recommend this lovely, historic home-away-from-home.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated that the place was extremely pet friendly.

Everything was as described. You also got your car spot and washing machine and dryer which is uncommon at that price range. Neighboorhood was quiet and seemed friendly. Airconditioner did its job. Generally there is everything one may need to live like at home. Very good contact with host.

As a solo traveler for this trip, this place was just perfect! Quiet, secluded, easy to get into downtown Carmel either by car or foot and a cozy place to boot.

We booked this place for a weekend family trip. It was comfortable for our group of 4 (2 adults, 18 year old, and 6 year old) We appreciated that they provided the essentials and made use of what we could. The location was near a great selection of restaurants. The private parking space and garage entry were helpful. We would use it again for a short stay.

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

Me and my girl couldn’t of asked for a better stay at a location the way we did at Lydia’s place. It was clean, inviting, and very welcoming. She was very informative on how to get to the room and is easy to access at either day or night. We had already brought tons of snacks and waters yet, she already had some snacks and chocolates and waters on queue 😮‍💨 It was very intimate and it made what I thought to be a great vacation into one of the best of experiences of my life due to the peaceful atmosphere and personal freedom of the property when inside it and coming home to it. Her communication was top notch and kept you up to date on any current situations of the property which was a huge plus 😊 If I’m ever in the area again, I know who’s my go to without a doubt and i strongly urge those who need the perfect area to do EVERYTHING to book this out for a week or weekend. Carlas place was in the perfect location! Close to coffee shops, wineries and restaurants. Carla was responsive and kind. Would stay here again!

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

Beautiful place - we had the best time. Clean place. Walked to the beach every day and ate the restaurants. We will definitely stay here again !

We stay in the Santa Cruz area quite a bit as my kids go to camp nearby. I really enjoyed the Seascape Resort. Bailey's listing was perfect! It is MUCH quieter than Capitola and Santa Cruz, which is more my jam. The resort is landscaped beautifully and we enjoyed exploring! The beach is just a short walk. Side note: check out the grocery store in the village across the street. They make fantastic sandwiches which are perfect for a beach picnic!

Definitely the best host I've ever had with Air BB. Beautiful location, comfy and cozy, great recommendations. Highly appreciated and recomeneded. It you come to the Monterey area, you should stay here

Only one minor thing: the universal electric car charger is out or order. Not the host's fault. But be aware. (There is a Tesla charger in the garage that's working.)

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

Easy check in. I enjoyed the ability to cook in the kitchen and even have some of the essentials already in the cabinets. Bed is very comfy. The flowers around the house make the place smell wonderful!

The pictures you see are exactly what you get! It was nice being able to walk to the beach after breakfast and enjoy bonfires after dinner! The place has a full kitchen and was clean. We visited Carmel by the Sea and Monterey. We definitely enjoyed our time. 🙂
