spacious 1900's mansard Victorian. Bright cheerie & centrally located if you're looking for a pad in Cambridge/Somerville. A 10-12minute walk to Harvard Square & close to the Red Line. Great kitchen, living room & /cablewifi. Three bedrooms--one with a European Queen Bed, one double bed & one single. There is one full bathroom w/a large glass shower & a claw foot tub. There is a half bath on the first floor. There is a front porch to sit & sip wine on & a back deck where you can grill & eat out on. I've been living here 12 years--Its tastefully appointed, eclectic finds & a mid century modern touch--absolutely the best equipted kitchen. I've been a chef in Boston & Cambridge for quite some time!

This charming home was recently fully renovated. The brand new kitchen features stunning granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The large living/dining room features a 55" flat-screen TV comfy seatingnd a dining table for 4. There is a king bed in the Master Bedroom, along with a TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a twin daybed, with a second twin trundle bed underneath. The backyard features a patio with a seating for 4 and a gas grill.

Walking distance to sand hills beach - super close to BARKER TAVERN! One mile from center of town with restaurants and shops. Nearby basketball court. Grassy backyard . New furnishings new full bath and new mattresses. Freshly painted well maintained by owner bedrooms are upstairs. There is only one full bath upstairs Totally redone 2024. Bungalow beach style home. some guests find stairs to be “ steep” … my 82 year old mom does fine with the stairs and rail!

We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

My family and I loved this house, it was super clean and you can walk to the shops and restaurants. I loved the view my husband was scalloping and I could watch him leave and come in right from the couch. Also Hannah was an amazing host who got back to me very quickly and was so accommodating. I already tried to rebook this house again but it wasn’t available.

Beautiful, clean cozy home within walking distance to the beach and close to the train station. I was glad when I noticed basic supplies were readily available since we got to the location late and stores were closed. Sean is very responsive and polite. Definitely recommend this listing.

Abby's home was gorgeous, felt personal unlike many airbnbs that are clearly only for guests to stay, and was so spacious. This was one of the few airbnbs that I can remember that had all of the kitchen supplies we needed for our admittedly limited use. Abby was so communicative and the location was excellent, only being a few minutes away from downtown Rockport. I would recommend this place for anyone!
