We just had something like this, we asked how we could light the fireplace when the host and his sister were just leaving the house, because there was no wood by the fireplace, etc. Mr. Samet's brother Melis first stated that they did not provide wood, then they could not cut the wood because it was raining, and that they could bring them in the evening if we wanted, and then Mr. Samet said to my wife, "If you want, let us give you wood," and we said okay, my wife went after them. Then they stopped somewhere and gave a little sack of wood, and Ms. Melis said “let it be on us.” Honestly, we couldn't make sense of this situation. How can we provide wood otherwise when the fireplace is shown in the amenities? The host should not have given it and made a sentence like it was on us. This just made us a little sad. Other than that, as I said, we did not have any problems.

Our pool was cold the first day. But it improved the next day. There is a construction in front of the place where we stayed, and it made us very sad because there were a few people talking very loudly on the second day in the morning. We stayed with our friends on New Year's Eve. In general, the house-chairs-kitchen-beds and linens, the bathroom was quite clean. Adequate amount of duvets/blankets were available. Kitchen items were complete and clean. It has an incredibly beautiful garden. It would make more sense to choose in the summer due to the weather. The sound system was very good, there are speakers all over the garden and on the terrace. Our favorite part of the house was the sound system. People who will only stay need to bring a jack converter if they use an apple. Apart from that, the sound system works compatible with all devices with jack inputs. We would like to thank sister Nezahat for everything. She responded quickly to each of my questions and provided detailed explanations. We loved this place, we will make plans to visit again… Finally, we were able to close the green garden door for 3 people, a very heavy door. Good luck to the ones that will open:D

When we reached the location, Mr. Murat greeted us and was very kind and helpful. The house was very clean and I can say that it has a lot of needs. There was everything from the guitar to the envai variety of herbal tea. I would say I am surprised by this diversity. It was a very clean, spacious house. The host was very interested. The temperature of the hot pool was very good, it was the same temperature during our stay, but the water, which I cannot say the same for the hot tub, it gets very hot, but there is not enough temperature to fill it, it starts to moderate after 5-10 minutes. When the weather is cold, the effect is even faster.

Amazing stay. It’s an amazing place with the best views. We did have some issues with electricity, but our host was most helpful and sorted the issues. We are grateful for this prompt help and support. We loved this holiday and highly recommend it.

We provided 5 male cousins, all the kitchen utensils are available, there are all the utensils for the barbecue, it was a very warm and clean stay, there is no pool heating, everything else was very nice

I had a much nicer stay than I expected. I would like to thank Mr. Kerem and his father for his caring and polite approach. It has a spacious garden compared to other bungalows where my dog can move very comfortably. It was very peaceful to watch the steam and forest coming out of the hot pool while the fireplace was burning in the cozy environment at home. It was one of the stays we wanted to choose again
