Our stay at Léa's was impeccable for the 3 nights we were there for my wife's seminar, which was 2 steps from the accommodation. The place is very quiet, the necessary amenities are present and we have all the comforts to feel at home. Recommended +++

Clean accommodation, tastefully decorated and very well located (Place Ste Victoire and the spice market 5 min walk and the large iron cathedral just at the end of the street). Régis had very good tips and was easy to contact. I highly recommend this listing!

I stayed there for 50 days, pure happiness. Impeccably clean apartment with all the appliances and accessories needed for everyday life. Mr. Frédéric is intentional and friendly. They go so far as to take steps to make it easier for you to adapt. The apartment is located in the very heart of beautiful Guadeloupe. Nearby you will find a dozen restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and shops. I would definitely recommend Mr. Frécéric's apartment.

Travel group: We were a family with children on vacation in Guadeloupe Location: The apartment is located in Bas du Fort. Great for exploring both parts of the island. In addition, the apartment is quiet, but walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Apartment: The apartment is fully furnished. Maryse also provides laundry detergent, shower gel, and soap. There are also towels and beach sheets. The air conditioning ensures a perfect ambient climate. The four bedrooms are spacious and have queen-size beds. Both bathrooms also offer space and comfort. There's even a cooler so we can take cold drinks to the beach. Host: Maryse is a great host. She is always available and makes every effort to show you everything related to the apartment upon your arrival. The welcome fruit basket was a very kind gesture.

Thanks to Yannis for that responsiveness He was able to welcome us despite our late booking. The apartment is identical to the photos Clean, spacious and pleasant. Peaceful space! I recommend it!

Rudy's place is perfectly in line with the photos, if not even better! Everything is clean, spacious (much larger than the photos show), and very well maintained. The place is peaceful, quiet, well ventilated, and the view… absolutely breathtaking. A real change of scenery. If you are looking for a place to relax in the great outdoors, without headaches or special requirements, this apartment is ideal. I spent 5 days there as part of a training course with a client, and it was perfect for working in peace. Rudy and his relatives are responsive, discreet and very nice. I really enjoyed their hospitality and availability. Thanks again!

The accommodation is located in a very quiet residential area. It is very well furnished inside and out. Very good place to stay even on rainy days or days off in the living room. Very well furnished for those who travel in groups, leaves enough space in the house for everyone to have their own space. Hosts are very responsive and welcoming.

Exceptional accommodation on the point of modernity with breathtaking decor. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms and bathroom are furnished with plenty of storage for a comfortable stay. Guillaume and Sophie’s place exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend it as a home base for exploring beautiful Basse-Terre. My friends and I felt like we were in paradise! The pictures and description of the property are accurate. Many outdoor seating areas allowed us to enjoy the spacious and beautiful gardens. We were delighted that each of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom, allowing lots of comfort and privacy. Renting a car is a must! Be prepared for roads that are a bit narrow and curvy. That said, my friends and I did some exercise walks around the neighborhood and up to the baths of Sofaïa without any issues. A highlight for my group was having a private chef cook meals for us right at the house. We hired Phèdra at Cuisine Nomade and she was fantastic!

Very nice studio, very well furnished, the water tank in case of a power cut is a real plus in this area. Perfectly equipped, I will come back without hesitation.

The host was very quick to respond and very helpful during our stay. Great apartment, clean and good location. All services are nearby; restaurants, pharmacy etc. I would 100% recommend it.

We had a great time at Elodie's place, a very responsive and pleasant host. The location of the accommodation is perfect for discovering the whole island. The pool (which is accessed at any time, even in the evening) is a bonus for the accommodation. We would highly recommend this one.

We had a lovely stay. The host is very friendly and available. The small booklet of visit and excursion recommendations is very useful as well as the restaurants that were recommended to us. I highly recommend the cottage for both its location and the place.

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!
