Very nice studio matches the photos and in addition very well-equipped. Davis was very responsive and friendly with instructions and small touches on arrival (despite the late booking). Very modern furniture and the Jacuzzi is a big plus. I would highly recommend it.

The house is situated in a secluded area and you have a wonderful view from the house. The reception and acceptance were also very friendly. Franziska was always available for questions and we got many recommendations for excursions, shopping and restaurant for our stay. The outdoor area and the pool are also well maintained. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

We spent 10 exceptional days in Guadeloupe. The accommodation is very easy to access. Close to small shops if needed. The bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen functional. Thanks to Julien for hosting us and for his kindness. :)

From our arrival we were captivated by the superb view, even better than in the photos. The apartment is well-equipped, close to a private beach with easy access and a nice restaurant. The location is ideal in a secure residence for visiting Grand Terre and Pointe des Châteaux but less suitable for Basse Terre (logical according to what you prioritize) Unfortunately, we suffered several consecutive days of total water outage (recurring a priori in Saint Francis especially during heavy rains) the accommodation had non-potable water reserve in jerry cans for the toilets so it was necessary to supply drinking water but the owner was willing to take care of it, this situation tarnished the stay but not of course because of the owner but because of the structure of management of the local water distribution. Overall, a nice apartment with nice amenities and suitable for visiting Grande Terre.

We had a pleasant stay at Hervé's. As soon as we arrived, we were won over by the hospitality of the owners and the setting of the villa and studio. The place is very well equipped and very well maintained for a wonderful stay in Guadeloupe. The location of the villa is ideal, both quiet and close to beaches, restaurants, local activities and highways. I would recommend this place for your stay in Guadeloupe.

The Airbnb was impeccable, modern, beautiful pool, beautiful exterior layout. The hosts were really welcoming and attentive to our needs. Very comfortable stay in this home with all amenities. Laundry facilities are also available on site. The location of the cottage is perfect for visiting the island. The only downside is the beach which is not suitable for swimming. However, a few minutes away, other beautiful beaches await you and it is worth visiting them. Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!

We recommend this listing without a second thought. Very well placed, idyllic setting, very well-equipped. Magali is an accessible and caring host, who makes us feel at home in her accommodation (small touches, toiletries, coffee pods...). We'd also like to thank Laurence, the concierge, for her kindness, professionalism and availability. When we return to Guadeloupe, we will return to this accommodation without hesitation.
