Very nice accommodation with a beautiful view of the lagoon. Perfect for a family vacation. Quiet place.

Clean and quiet accommodation. Halfway between Saint Anne and Saint François, so perfect for restaurants, sightseeing and beaches. Responsive owners. Recommended.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

Very good stay with all the amenities of Pierre et Vacances. Quiet location and very nice sea view. David was available and flexible, thanks to him.

From our arrival we were captivated by the superb view, even better than in the photos. The apartment is well-equipped, close to a private beach with easy access and a nice restaurant. The location is ideal in a secure residence for visiting Grand Terre and Pointe des Châteaux but less suitable for Basse Terre (logical according to what you prioritize) Unfortunately, we suffered several consecutive days of total water outage (recurring a priori in Saint Francis especially during heavy rains) the accommodation had non-potable water reserve in jerry cans for the toilets so it was necessary to supply drinking water but the owner was willing to take care of it, this situation tarnished the stay but not of course because of the owner but because of the structure of management of the local water distribution. Overall, a nice apartment with nice amenities and suitable for visiting Grande Terre.

The accommodation is a peaceful oasis, it is very well equipped and the owners are very responsive to requests. I highly recommend this accommodation to people who want to spend quiet and relaxing time.

A single word: perfect! The apartment is perfectly located, 2 steps from all facilities. The resident is perfectly maintained, and the people who live there are very respectful between them. And what about the apartment…:? perfect condition, many equipment, a breathtaking view, in short a real haven of peace. Alienor is a perfect host: responsive, very attentive and considerate. Of all the places we rented, this one is (and by far) a much better standings! Anyway, you'll understand: go for it!!’

The place is splendid, spacious and very quiet with beautiful sea views. Air conditioning helps regulate temperature and humidity while being very quiet. Which is nice. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The pool is very large but beware of the first step which is surprisingly high. In conclusion, we had a pleasant stay. Follow the host's directions (not always easy to see at night) to get to the place, as GPS can get you to unlikely places.

Just wow! Our stay at Villa Manate in Gosier was beyond our expectations. The villa is beautiful, a haven of peace combining luxury, comfort and design. Everything is thought of in every detail: large swimming pool with bar, outdoor lounge area (ideal for an aperitif), rooftop jacuzzi, LED lights and light games, functional spaces all tastefully decorated. A huge thank you to Magalie, the host, who is very thoughtful and always available. When we arrived, an aperitif was waiting for us, and we even got a super complete breakfast basket: an attention that makes all the difference! This corner of paradise is the ideal place for a stay with family, friends or simply as a couple. In short, it's a 10/10, we leave conquered, rested, and we recommend this villa without a second thought!

We had an exceptional stay! The accommodation was spotless, very clean, well appointed and as described in all respects. Every detail was designed for our comfort, which demonstrates the high quality of the place. Our host was available and responsive to all our questions. There is a long, very pleasant path for walking and running along the sea - even with children. We warmly recommend this property.

We had a great time at Villa Koray. We were hosted very well by Valerie who explained to us how the house worked and with whom communication was very fluid. The house is very clean, well-equipped, spacious, very well lit and tastefully decorated. There is a real continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool is large and there is a distant view of the sea that opens the perspective. We enjoyed the ancillary activities: petanque court, dartboard and foosball. There is a good quality acoustic speaker. The house is close to shops and water activities (5 min drive ) We highly recommend this villa!!

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Aurélie's place. The apartment is great, quiet, warm (especially the sheltered terrace and its sofa that overlook a splendid view, especially for the sunrises😉) everything is very close and Aurelie as well as Marie are very friendly, full of good advice and really accommodating!

We had a great time, perfect location, easy to get around the island. Friendly host and responsive to past requests. We highly recommend it and will come back without hesitation.

Very comfortable stay in this home with all amenities. Laundry facilities are also available on site. The location of the cottage is perfect for visiting the island. The only downside is the beach which is not suitable for swimming. However, a few minutes away, other beautiful beaches await you and it is worth visiting them. accommodation corresponding to the photos. very nice view , close to parking and pool. a little bit just for 4 but we didn't stay indoors during the day access to the pool and beach right next door. I expected to hear more noise in the evening in view of the old reviews, while for a holiday village, I thought it was quiet (positive😊) attention however to the children's club, it is 16 euros per activity offered we have not tried the gym/spa wellness thank you to Valerie for her responsiveness and kindness i would recommend the place with pleasure

After two weeks of "nature" in Dominica, Celia and Jerome's accommodation was perfect for the working time of the trip. Perfect location with the beach opposite. Perfect in amenities… there is everything Perfect access: the bottom of the fort allows you to radiate on Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre and on the north-south axis of Pointe-à-Pitre. Perfect in the responsiveness of the hosts. Perfect for the tranquility of the residence. One huge drawback!!!! You have to leave this interlude of life one day and return to reality.
