Great condo near the beach and St. Simons village/pier. Several playgrounds are nearby and the pool is across the parking lot. Very friendly and responsive management.

What a perfect spot for a large family gathering! We were in St. Simons Island for several wedding events on Sea Island, and Philip’s Turtle Home couldn’t have been more ideal. Not only is it a beautiful place to stay, but it truly felt like home. Each room offered plenty of privacy, which made it easy for everyone to feel comfortable.We hosted friends from Scotland and their adult children from Houston, along with our own adult daughter and her boyfriend from Austin, plus my nephew from Salt Lake City. Everyone had plenty of space and enjoyed spending time together in the screened-in porch and cozy living area. I personally loved curling up with a book and even sneaking in a nap on the porch! The location is perfect for attending events on Sea Island, and while the bikes were tempting, my husband and I opted for long neighborhood walks (and got our dog fix along the way!). I even managed a 4K walk on our last day. I highly recommend Philip’s Turtle Home—it’s warm & welcoming.

We had a great time at a beautiful place for our very first rental! Lots to do just within the little community for different age ranges. Short distance to multiple things to do. Great host and would stay again!

This location was perfect for us. It's just 15 minutes from both Jeckyll & St. Simon's Islands. Pet friendly & clean. Its located in a cute historical district with some beautiful old colonial house around the corner. The yellow deli was adorable! We had breakfast there & also ordered out one night. It's just 3 walking blocks away. Would stay again if ever in the area again. Donna was great, very responsive. Thank you

Lucy's place is great! It is close to shops, restaurants and bike path yet in a quiet neighborhood. The place is tastefully furnished and decorated. Kitchen is open with quartz countertops and an island. Great for cooking! The master bedroom has a very conformable king size bed and the bath has double sinks and a massive shower! Cute front porch perfect for cocktails! This is my third time in St. Simon's Island and the bet place I have stayed. I would definitely stay here again. Lucy is very good with communicating if you need anything or have a questions. Great Job!!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect- close to the beach and close to the village. Deborah was a wonderful host and we would definitely stay again.

It was a great stay, especially for 2 families. It has a nice outside sitting area which we used a lot. Short walk to the beach and walkable distance for dinner. It’s in a nice, safe area. Easy check in with code access.

We booked this house for our annual family vacation, there were 12 of us, we each had our own space, the house was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need for a large group. Pamela was an excellent host, very attentive to our needs and always responded to our calls.

Alesia’s place was amazing, comfortable and relaxing. The outside space is beautiful especially the Spanish moss tree. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome condo in a great location. The accommodations are excellent. Very nice bedrooms with really comfortable beds/linens. Everything is up to date and very clean. I stayed her for months and loved it. Would highly recommend to others.

We had a great long weekend with family! House had all we needed for an easy, fun family get together! Kitchen had all the things we needed for the meals we ate in. Ryan was very responsive to any questions we had.

Parrot’s Landing was perfect for getting our kids & grandkids together. The little ones were so entranced by all the features of the house we had trouble getting them to the beach at first. But the beach was so handy we did get them there at least twice a day. The house is laid out so as to give everyone privacy when they want, but several great common areas for play, conversation or watching video. And Jekyll Island itself is a great place for walking and biking.
