Monthly Rentals in Saint-Roch

Vincent is very friendly and accommodating for departure/arrival times. You will find his place as described; well equipped, very clean, quiet, it is really pleasant. The building is new and well kept. Parking space is close to the apartment. Have a nice stay!

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location is only 10 minutes from the center of Tours, and very close to many of the most popular chateaux. The unit is completely private, well insulated and very quiet. There is a gate restricting access to the property, so it was very safe. All the amenities are provided, and if they are not on location, Dominique will do everything to provide them. He is a delightful host, friendly, helpful and so accomodating. Having sheep, goats and wild rabbits a few feet away added to the pleasure of staying here. In nice weather, walks along the river are only steps away. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Florence's. Quiet environment, easy parking at the foot of the building. The apartment is very clean and nice.
