My husband and I had an awesome stay at Water Dance Cabin! Our host Nathan was so kind and very accommodating, with excellent recommendations. Water Dance Cabin is so cozy with Nathan’s beautiful photography and decor to make you feel right at home. From the relaxing sounds of the river flowing by, to the soothing soaks in the hot tub under the stars, all our stresses melted away. It’s very close to town, yet feels like you’re in the country, because it’s so quiet. We had a wonderful time exploring RMNP, which is close by. Nathan is the most excellent host and responds very quickly to answer any questions you may have, as well as makes sure you’re settled in and having a good time! Thank you so much! We shall be back! Very highly recommended!

Our family, including the family dog, had a great stay near Breckenridge. Had enough beds and space for 10 adults and a dog. Kitchen had all we needed. Nice hot-tub.

We live staying in these cabins! They are so cute and cozy AND being dog friendly is such a major plus :) highly recommended!

The cabin was exactly as shown in photos and as described. The hot tub was wonderfully clean and the kitchen was well stocked and even included some spices and cooking oil, which we appreciated. Bonuses were the movie and music selection, as well as being very easy to find and gain entry. We would totally come back for another stay if given the opportunity!

Great place to stay! Really enjoyed the space and the view. Not far from anything you want to do. Can’t wait to come back.

The cabin was perfect for my birthday weekend. It was so cozy and clean! We used the hot tub the whole weekend, which was bigger than I thought and fit 5 of us easily. There was plenty of space for everyone and we had no problems whatsoever. Very convenient distance from downtown Breck, so we had a nice balance of being in town and being cozied up at the cabin. Would recommend to anyone!

This is, without a doubt, my favorite Airbnb ever! The cabin is super clean and has everything you could ever need. It's located in a lovely area of Colorado, with some wonderful food stops close by and a really manageable driving distance away from Boulder, Denver, RMNP, and more. The cabin is situated in such a fantastically quiet location - we spent most of our nights there gazing at the moon and stars. Additionally, Andrew is super communicative. From the moment we booked this stay, he was wonderful about providing instructions and checked in several times during our stay as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

we loved staying at Ali & Mike's cabin. All of their instructions were easy to follow, the space was clean, it's in a great location, and reasonably priced for the area. Also, you can rent snowshoes and board games at the canteen. Thanks for a great weekend!

This was a lovely cabin in such a beautiful, yet peaceful area in the mountains. Both Sharon and LauraRose were very kind, and extremely responsive to messages. We enjoyed the views from outside, and hope to be back soon!

Noelle was an awesome host. Her home is an adorable cabin like atmosphere with a newer kitchen completely stocked with anything you could ever need. It is walking distance to the lake and has a beautiful deck and gas grille. Beds are very comfortable as well as pillows. Neighborhood is safe, however some homes are beautiful and others are a bit run down. This home was perfect for our needs. She also welcomes dogs and our golden retriever absolutely loved being able to go down to the lake so easily. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Noelle

This was the perfect home base for our several day mountain getaway! Yvonne was very flexible with allowing us an early check in to beat the snow storm on our arrival day. It was an easy drive to spend a day in Boulder and to get to a few great local hikes! We would absolutely come back to stay again!

This cabin was perfect for two couples and could have held more. It is in an ideal location for winter fun in RMNP and/or Winter Park area. It was cozy, clean, and charming. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals, and the small fenced area in back was great for our pup.

We had the most amazing stay at the cabin. It had a comfortable inviting feeling. It was even nicer than in the pictures. William was a great host. Having the fireplace was so nice since it snowed while we were up there. I would 100% stay there again.

Cozy, well-stocked cabin! We really enjoyed our stay, and especially loved the wood fire stove as it snowed outside! Great location as it feels private but still plenty close to Breck, Fairplay and hikes.

My family and I had the best Christmas ever!!! Danae’s place felt like home, my kids loved it specially because we had never seen the snow and we had a lot of it. Jared’s cabin is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The space is incredibly cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained—perfect for unwinding. Jared provided thorough instructions that made everything super easy to navigate from start to finish. And the stunning Mountain Views were the cherry on top! I highly recommend staying here and would love to stay here again!

We loved this cabin! It was easy to get to, despite being in a pretty secluded area. It was the perfect place to call home for a few days after driving cross country. It was in such a quiet area, and we were shocked to see a moose crossing the road in front of the cabin. Oliver & Holly were very gracious to let us check in a little earlier than we anticipated, and they answered all my questions quickly. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay! It was such a beautiful spot with the creek out the front door! We highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Great host! Had one little problem at the first but had a phone number to call and answered first call, problem was fixed within 5 mins! SUPER Responsive! Russ is great! Many more listings in the area also owned by Russ! Check them out! Oh yeah, and the Hot Tub for this place was amazing after a day of skiing! Close enough to the slopes to drive to also! Stay out of the clutter of Breckenridge and come to laid back fairplay!

WOW this place was absolutely breathtaking. We woke up in the morning to snow capped mountains in the distance and a river rolling near the cabin. The cabin was exceptionally clean. The hot tub was phenomenal and I could not think of better caretakers of the land and the cabins than Lee and his wife they are truly truly wonderful people.

The Carner Cabin was a wonderful backcountry retreat for 8 hut buddies. It is similar to the 10th Mountain Huts with a great view, an avalanche-safe ski/snowshoe trail in, rustic amenities, no cell connection, and a quiet, remote location near tree-line. The differences lie in the funky, cozier interior that has a private homeowner’s touch… a collection of historical artifacts, artwork, games, puzzles, books and eclectic furniture. David was responsive with our questions and with being available if we had any problems. We give this lovely mountain cabin 8 thumbs up!

Anthony's place was awesome! Perfect for our group and easy access to Beck - about a 25-minute drive.

Such a cozy place and great concept. We didn’t get enough time there but it was a nice stay for the short period we were there. The bed was very comfortable.
