Monthly Rentals in Saint-Maigrin

No complaints, the house is clean, spacious, and well renovated. There is everything you need to stay a few nights to a few weeks (equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine, tv, fiber...). The location is ideal if you want to rest in peace while having access to all amenities at 15min. Angouleme and Bordeaux are not far away either. Ludivine and Geoffrey were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay, we were in full purchase of real estate in the area, and coming from the Netherlands it allowed us to breathe a little time to do all the administrative steps required. We had our pug with it and the available space allowed it to enjoy a little of the great outdoors. Self check-in is always convenient especially when you have a lot to do, and it allows you to leave the key in the box when you leave to avoid losing it unnecessarily during the day. Bonus point, Gaia's presence <3

Small gem in the countryside not far from the vineyards in a perfectly maintained bucolic setting. A peaceful haven, wake up to birdsong! Charming, generous and very welcoming hosts (flower bouquet on the table). Impeccable cottage, remarkably clean. Everything detailed on the listing is available and much more (vinegar, oil, water, beer… the list would be long). Definitely a place to remember!

Very welcoming, responsive and considerate hosts. Sarah and Richard are present according to our needs without being intrusive and always smiling. Very nice accommodation, perfect for a couple. Property to keep for a future stay.

We enjoyed the space and the setting. We were able to take the desired break in optimal conditions. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!
